Pitching in for the "new forums that wouldn't immediately ban sweet," I'd like to recommend Sluthate. They don't seem to ban anyone and he'd get a little bit of complaining about ashleigh and how she's supposedly a feminist hero in before anyone figured out what was happening.
Edit: I still can't believe he got an entire forum shut down. The only other person i'm aware of with that distinction is Eliot Rodger. Another good reason for him to go to Sluthate I guess.

The AJM shutdown is a textbook example of how not to handle a problem user. If they'd banned Sweet ages ago, we'd have forgotten all about them and they would have been left in peace. That's all they had to do. When Sweet started using AJM as his sounding board to reply to us, they should have shut that down immediately. Instead, they let the wound fester, until it killed the host organism.

AJM himself (the "all-amazing" admin) always struck me as lazy and not too bright.

Exhibit A: he made a typo in his forum's URL (it was meant to be usapatriot not usaspatriot); 10 years have passed and he hasn't correct it.

Some part of me thinks half the reason he's so desperate to get back to Arkansas is, for a southern state, they're amazingly generous with the :tugboat:. And the state is so cheap that money goes a long way. I live in a really good, inner city section of the capital city, and my rent is only $560.

He lives in Arkansas now. Blytheville to be precise. He's desperate to get back to ASU, which will never happen. I wonder if we'll see any major freakouts because his safe space is gone (an event for which I'm sure he blames us).

I've never been clear on that. I've heard a lot of people say Blytheville, but he still claims he lives in Missouri on his site and Wikia. Is he just that desperate to not be associated in any way with Arkansas?

I think he claims Cape Girardeau, MO because it's his husbando Rush Limbaugh's hometown. He's got a PO box there, that he probably makes his mother drive him to.

He may also have lived there at one point. As per the below from @MrsFrizzle he lived in Missouri at one point. But his residence in Blytheville is pretty well documented.

Probably just lazy. He lives in Blytheville, Arkansas. He did live in Hayti, Missouri at one time, but has been in Blytheville for at least 5 years.

To be fair, if I lived in Blytheville I would pretend to be from some other place as well.

Dug up some info on Sweet Bro's nemesis, Scott Mitchell. I'm not going to give links, because I have no desire to endanger Mr Mitchell (whom I greatly admire) by exposing any of his personal details to any convicted criminals who may happen to be lurking this thread.

However, I have on very good authority that Mr Mitchell received the 1998 ASU President's Award for the highest GPA in the College of Communications and the College of Arts and Sciences.

Everything I manage to find on this guy is impressive...

EDIT: ok wow. I've set up a semi-private area with link to the proof. Look at this, Kiwis. Scott Mitchell got married to a well-off, educated Catholic girl. Guess her father wasn't ashamed to admit to such an accomplished young man that he had a daughter :D

The more I hear about Scott, the more the phrase "Greatness from small beginnings" fits him. He went to the same college, which has been shown to be rather mediocre in a very poor region of the country, and within a few years became a big force in one of this country's largest papers.

The more I hear about Jon, the more the phrase "Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory" fits him. He went to the one place that would tolerate him, he had the ability to not act like a raging jackass, and got a batch degree. But he fucked it all up and became a revenge obsessed welfare leech.

Scott is basically the anti-Jon.

I've said it before, but in light of this new information, I reiterate: if Jon had put even half of the effort into his writing as he has his 18 year grudge match with ASU, he'd be at least somewhat successful. I'm sure he could have found one of those conservative publishers to publish his books, and he might have a small measure of fame in those circles. I seriously doubt he'd be the next Stephen King, but he might get hyped on the Rush Limbaugh show and the like. He might have found a woman who let him touch her. Who knows? But instead, we got the personification of bitterness and incompetence that we know and mock.

This. He is also registered to vote in Blytheville. Arkansas voter registration data indicate that he's been registered to vote in that state since 1994 without interruption. If he was living in Missouri and voting in Arkansas, someone might want to let him know that that's a crime.

I think the "Missouri boothill" residence was probably an off-and-on arrangement. (I always loved the fact that he claimed to live there "with his family," a transparent attempt to mislead people into thinking he has a wife and -- shudder -- children.) My guess is that before he "reluctantly agreed" to accept his "small government stipend," he was shuttled from one relative to another in order to spread out the cost of supporting this giant leech. It would be nice if he'd return and give us a timeline of his wanderings.

I doubt he will. He's afraid of us because his usual tactics for winning an argument won't fly here. Also, giving us a firm timeline will make it harder for him to adjust the details to make him look not as stupid.

Is that for a studio?

He says "Missouri Bootheel" which may be used as as a term for a region, like how people in northeast Texas would say they live in the "Panhandle" even though the "pan handle" (and the rest of the "pan") is actually the state north of them.

Texas has a panhandle. It's the area bordered on the west by New Mexico and on the north and east by Oklahoma. Anyone living in northeast Texas who says they live in the panhandle ain't right in the head.
