She is very pregnant, and it is very early. Meaning it's absolutely mine. This is terrible.
The boyfriend will likely raise the child, knowing full well it's mine. It'll have his last name. He is getting his PhD in a year, she is getting her master's this year. He'll be doing research in Europe after that, bringing of course 'his' family.

Not sure what to say. I'm sure I'll get downvoted for this. I can't really tell anyone in my life. I've been self medicating with wine since I heard the news. At least the kid will be very well taken care of. Cheers to cucks, I guess.

If they're pretending it's their baby don't even acknowledge it verbally or in writing. Ghost her. Sounds cruel but believe me you're saving yourself a world of mental and financial pain.

You could also demand a paternity test and custody to scare them off if they get snippy about it.

Also, for clarity: Another man is going to raise my child. It is honestly sad to say. If he didn't exist, then I'd either step up or convince her to abort (she is pro-life however). But as it stands, I get to have a child to carry on my genetic line etc with minimal drawback. A kind of insurance policy on whether or not I'll be able to have a family & kids in the future.

I'd prefer if this were not happening but it is what it is. The child will live a good life.
