How Would You Fix The India Problem?

Though old news, I recently learned that Bangladesh has passed India in the economic metric that is GDP per capita despite being less than half the size. This trend appears to be continuing moving into 2024 while India remains more or less stagnant. This I found really quite funny with all the (much deserved) pajeet mockery we do on the farms and got me thinking what would you do to fix the sad state of affairs of India? We all know the root of the problem are the pajeets and their twisted mentality. How would you guide these people, who struggle to use a toilet, into a civilized state?

Possibly the worst solution given all the human waste (literal and figurative) present in pajeetland, unless you want to cause a fecal version of Chernobyl and poison the entirety of Asia, MAYBE skipping Japan.
