How Would You Fix The India Problem?

Though old news, I recently learned that Bangladesh has passed India in the economic metric that is GDP per capita despite being less than half the size. This trend appears to be continuing moving into 2024 while India remains more or less stagnant. This I found really quite funny with all the (much deserved) pajeet mockery we do on the farms and got me thinking what would you do to fix the sad state of affairs of India? We all know the root of the problem are the pajeets and their twisted mentality. How would you guide these people, who struggle to use a toilet, into a civilized state?

If Bangladesh is booming it seems like the "top" caste can do alright. I don't think forced integration will do any better over there. Sometimes people groups are mad because other people groups are better than them, like how blacks are resentful of every other race and people. However to the rest of the world, all Indians are dalit caste.

I don't have any good ideas on how to fix India, but I do have an idea to get them to listen to whatever course of action is decided upon: if we steal all their cows and hold them hostage on threat of turning them into burgers they will have no choice but to obey.
