I don't know why you would fast when you can eat (homemade) soup and salads. The calorie intake is negligible and you don't feel like shit.
Lent. I wanted to see if I can do it. Still going.

Down 28lbs by the way. Which is really 18lbs after refeeding but still ~1lb/day which is cool.

Also I stopped feeling like shit entirely after the first week, though I do think the lack of tryptophan is fucking with my sleep. But my sleep has always been fucked so who's to say.

I hope you are eating at least a little because water fasting for more than three days is hazardous for your organs. Also you are probably losing a good amount of muscle as well

I supplement electrolytes and vitamins, among other things. My work sets are down by about 5% which is pretty negligible all things considered, comparable to other cuts I've done.

Don't buy the momscience/zogslop, I do 4-5 days all the time and more on occasion. It's fine unless you're old or prone to gallstones. You just have to worry about hydration and refeeding.

Down ~35lbs now, day 20/40. I'm rarely hungry anymore so much as just fucking bored, you don't realize how much our routines and socialization are structured around eating until you take a break from it.
