Pain is usually stronger at night. Well, at least for me.Went to urgent care. Told me it's a sinus drain/nasal drip and gave me Flonase and Claritin D.
I still think it's something else. These headaches were absolutely awful last night, worse than what I'd expect sinuses to cause.
Relatable. I have photos dating back to 2nd grade that show me as a miserable little shit. Ironically, they make me chuckle sometimes.Kinda bummed out and down after going through a load of old photographs and realising there are almost none where I'm genuinely happy to be in the picture. Some pretty convincing fake smiles, though. :/
Can't sleep. Starting counting sheep when I realized my kobolds dressed up the creeping coins in sheep outfits as a joke.
Did I mention I can't sleep?
start lifting but unironicallyBored as fuck and I feel stuck since no good change lately
Well, no, but it's certainly better, than doing nothing. At least that way you have 2 hours a day less to think about suicide. Believe me, I know.lifting heavy objects for a couple hours every second day will cure depression
start lifting but unironically
edit: i'll clarify a bit. I'm not one of those joe rogan type fags that thinks lifting heavy objects for a couple hours every second day will cure depression but I think it can be really useful for people who are bored and feel like their life is stagnate. It'll give you something to do most days and you'll have clear positive results very quickly that will make you feel like you're getting somewhere.
And the endorphins you'll get from exercise will help.Well, no, but it's certainly better, than doing nothing. At least that way you have 2 hours a day less to think about suicide. Believe me, I know.
