I like Street Trash but I don't think it's some untouchable masterpiece. If it ends up sucking, nothing has changed.
It's not a sacred cow for me, but if you take it out of the time and place where it was made, I can't picture what would be left.

On a similar note, I just googled Mutilator 2 again for funzies. Looks like it was finished last year, people have seen it, still no distributor. Lame, I NEED to be disappointed by it.

Newest horror movie I watched that I consider tolerable was this, prove me wrong. i beg of you I can only rewatch the terror within movies so many times

Oz Perkins' new trailer. Has been out for a bit, but I haven't seen any discussion on it. I actually like all of his movies quite a but (even Gretel and Hansel - especially considering he didn't write that one). Although this one does have Nic Cage in it so it has the potential to be utter trash. We'll see.

I might cross-post this to the metal thread, and sorry for the FB link, but the jewish niggers at youtube took down the video for being too violent or some bullshit (which is ironic for several reasons including that it's still on FB and that at least a couple of the full movies clipped in the video are literally on youtube). Anyway, see how many movies you can ID from this kick ass sludge video:

I've seen a bunch, but I don't have encyclopedic knowledge to match up scenes with movies I saw once 25 years ago. Dreamscape is in there for sure (kind of out of place, really, considering how tame it is compared to everything else). I can't for the life of me remember what movie that melted rat thing from the end of the video is from. Maybe you can do better! If not, just enjoy one of the greatest artistic endeavours mankind has ever achieved.

They used a lot from the Silent Night Deadly Night sequels too. Silent night deadly night 5: the Toy maker is the parts with the robot without a face (you can see the Santa suite on him) and, Silent Night Deadly night 4: Initiation is the part with Clint Howard holding up a big grub looking bug.

That's the one. Thanks a ton man. For some reason I was thinking rat-creature and was stuck on Food of the Gods, but I didn't remember anything dying like that. Damn, whiffed on an iconic film - although, to be fair, The Thing is a bit high-class for Dopethrone.

@Vampirella //Silent Night, Deadly Night//

Nice catch. That is deep into the Clint Howard ouvre!

A huge pet peeve of mine when it comes to newer horror movies is this new trend of advertising a killer doll movie, but when you watch the movie the doll doesn't actually move or do anything. It's always some gay ghost floating around doing the mischief. I want to see some Chucky-tier mayhem not another boring gay ghost movie. I believe Annabelle or Dead Silence started this but I've seen a dozen other copycats that follow the same trend.

Might I suggest
