After the last one was a hit, they've said that there's going to be an Evil Dead movie every 2 years.
They're already filming the next one because this one will definitely make a profit, it's scheduled for 2028.

Raimi and Campbell are producing these and I bet they're really fucking happy that this franchise is finally commercially successful and not just a series of cult movies.

I'm ok with the new ones.
The main complaint against them I have is that they have no memorable characters or dialogue.
