I'm still not sure why HRT is really necessary beyond just being part of the "culture". Your face is already the way it is and most troons just blow up like a balloon anyway so that's kind of a moot point, the tits never look right or natural (at that point you might as well just get silicon implants), it doesn't give you a vagina, and it doesn't help with hair.

Transgender people never stack up close to the real thing, so why not just skip the street drugs and stick to the clothes, hair, and makeup?

They're operating under the delusion that estrogen is some kind of miracle drug that will reshape their skeletons, faces, skin and bodies into the women they always dreamed of, when at best it does nothing, and at worst it gives them some sad looking tubular manboobs and turns their bones into chalk. Trannies genuinely believe human biology is malleable and can be reshaped to whatever they want.

Yes. The Heritage Foundation and published in 2023. From what I read (not all because it is way too long to read through), it wasn't as devastating as the media made it out to be. A lot of it was standard conservative positions and wishes they had for the Republican nominee.

Not much if you do it properly. I know this might be a feminist trope but housewives have been "brewing" standard household chemicals for millennia. It's really not that hard. Even with nasty chemicals, deploying the common rule of thinking three times before making a move is all people usually need.

The issue with these troons is that their attention spans are really short, they need gooning material and any sound advice gets brushed off as transphobia trying to gatekeep endocrinology, impeding their access to troonshine. It's this kind of obnoxious mentality that will lead to issues, like fibres in tranny injectables. Similar to the prohibition, we are never ever going to stop these troons from their little experiments. I am of the opinion that since it cannot be stopped, one should take all the steps to make it as safe as possible. Also keep it away from children.

Trannies say "no" because a lot of them are just sick coomer groomers and all of them are delusional with a persecution complex and innate lust for attention. I don't think anyone cares if some troon wants to crock up a jar of juice in a pyrex measuring cup they purchased from Wal-Mart. Most people's issues are they're peddling this stuff to children and actively grooming them with methods to hide it from family.

Not directed towards you but since it keeps getting repeated: testosterone is schedule III controlled, but estradiol is not a controlled substance. Maybe it should be. As others said it does require a prescription though, I don’t know if that affects the legality.

The biggest problem I see, besides sterilizing everything, is impatience. One of the keys to being good at certain jobs, is patience and knowing the process must be adhered to. Most trannies are obviously impulsive and demand satisfaction on a whim; I can't make a prediction of how it will turn out, but I know there will be parts of instructions that aren't followed properly, because someone's feeling a little too dysphoric and needs it right now.
