This isn't, it's just putting the drug into a carrier oil. Baking bread from scratch is more complicated.

Wow, and I still wonder, how can they trust strangers selling hormones over the internet when this, from my point of view, seems like something extremely stupid and dangerous? It takes one lunatic/idiot to sabotage it and put some deadly chemical on it.
I wanted to understand transgenderism at least a little, but they don't help each other either.

There's hair, lint, and God knows what else in those vials. They don't care. Part of what makes troons so frustrating is that they have to get their way, no matter what. If they can't get horsepiss legally, they do this. It's damned if you do, damned if you don't. That's why this problem, and similar ones like drugs, have to be approached sideways, though that's another issue entirely.

I'm just surprised the primary agent isn't a controlled substance. Is this something you can just buy over the counter?

edit: It looks like Estradol requirers a prescription. If it's shipped from/into the United States, it seems like some law is being violated here.

Also, I imagine these people will gladly laugh at people taking 'Horse Dewormer' but gleefully inject anything into their body that supposedly gives them tits. lol.

Someone should make a mod for GTA Chinatown Wars where you're able to sell DIY HRT to drug dealers. I mean, it's not that far removed from selling meth and crack.

Yeah I guess your right, but they are still making a schedule 4 drug, which would still be against the law. As well as the person making it could contaminate it and end up with a nasty blood infection.

They're shipping in the raw estriadol, which is not prepared for human consumption like Estradol is, and not regulated by the FDA.

The margins are actual trash and barely profitable, it's really a labour of love to be selling blackmarket HRT.
