6 million flies was not enough.Pale Power
You may need to get enough fleas to get the flea caravan to their final destination, as well as finding the fleamaster guy who marks them on your map. I've heard people say this is optional (and missable) but thinking about it that doesn't make sense unless they just die or something; they'd have to all be there for a certain Act 3 thing.I already beat Lace and repaired the towns, guess I just need to do Shakra's sidequest
This shit is ten times more convoluted than trying to get the true ending in 1You may need to get enough fleas to get the flea caravan to their final destination, as well as finding the fleamaster guy who marks them on your map. Other than that I think it's just finishing the town boards and visiting the Songclave priest to get his quest, yeah.
Undertale is "big" because a relatively massive amount of kids played it back in the day and never grew out of it so they still have that (and Deltarune) as their weird obsession, sorta like Disney adults. On top of that there's factors like the Tumblr crowd being drawn to it because of the dykes they put in there and the fact that Fox worked on Homestuck and you've got yourself a recipe for disasterI only learned at around the time of Silksong's release that Hollow Knight has sold like 3x the amount of Undertale. Hollow Knight is popular and talked about for sure, but the amount you hear about it compared to people not shutting up about Undertale is minuscule. I should have known all along that it was a minority of weirdos who just won't shut up about it that keeps it relevant. Glad to know that Hollow Knight, the pretty unambiguously better game, is actually more popular among normal people.
Savage Beastfly second fight:I don't think any boss is bad as some of the enemy gauntlets.
Nah, just too long of a fight, once you get the hang of it it's just annoying.Savage Beastfly second fight:
Undertale is not a bad game tbh, but neither it's the masterpiece fans loves to picture it as and the pricing of 10$ for the experience it gives you should be used as reference for wbat you should expect when buying other indies at higher/lower prices. Normal people simply don't care about Undertale because it doesn't look good and can't care enough about sans megalovania.I only learned at around the time of Silksong's release that Hollow Knight has sold like 3x the amount of Undertale. My interpretation/understanding is that characters have two ways to preserve their minds: They can be in the influence of a Pale Being, or they can have a specialty mask made that helps maintain their personality without it. This allows people to move between kingdoms without much issue. Also, now that Act 3 began I have some major questions
How is there void at the bottom of Pharloom too? And beneath the magma, is the core of the planet just a massive mass of void or what? I should've also suspected that those snail shamans were up to something, after all nobody in Pharloom uses the term "soul", but what I wonder is how did they get there and for how long have been they here. Don't most bugs lose their sentience after leaving Hallownest due to the pale fork's influence? I guess that being connected with the void gave them powers like that
It was about average difficulty wise, the hardest thing is that it was very long so it's easy to get impatient and get hit doing stupid shit. Radiance was far harder and more annoying, especially with how she limited your movement in later phases. Plus, healing in HK was way riskier, while in 2, up until the last phase, I could just wall hop and double jump to be impervious to damage during the heal (which is true to almost all bosses). Even if you get hit you can use the invincibility frames to counter and build up healing.Holy SHIT that last boss. Genuinely took me days to defeat. Which is surprising, because there were some similar fights earlier on that were way easier.
There's a post credit crest with 3 silk spell slots instead of red tool slots. It also makes spells stronger.wish I didn't have to choose one or the other. I kinda wish I had access to all the abilities at any given time.
Shit. I thought I got everybody.Watcher of the Edge
