My day has been brightened considerably now that my dear pen pal has resurfaced!!

Edit: got my Copic replacement points! Now to get more markers to justify all these spare nibs.

I got so much extracted Sharpie ink to tackle. I'm gonna need smaller squeeze containers that can store alcohol.

I had a substitute teacher in Biology today. She was pretty obsessed with her horse. I pictured her saying "I love horses" in Ellis' voice.

My life is boring.

Today was darkhorse816's mother's funeral.

Thank you so much, trombonista, for coming! My Mom really loved how great a friend you are. Thank you for supporting me and my family! I was so happy you came, and so happy I had someone to talk to.

I went to another LAN party with my friends today. It was a lot more interesting than last year's. We started off playing Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge (in which I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and lost fairly soon), then spent most of the night playing the original Halo (where I made a lot of people angry because I kept running everyone over with Warthogs). It was actually really fun.

today i coughed and sneezed so much I almost fell over.

And I've been playing with markers, just tinkering with them. Copic nibs are designed to prevent putting them in other markers. I'm not up to the task of cutting them up right now. I'll just accumulate more of these markers since they're getting marked down at the local store. I should draw and color more. As always.

So it's been a pretty typical day.

I thought about going to a "comiccon" in richmond today but it was so tiny looking it didnt seem worth the drive or the money.

hoshit just now found out that the schedule of the project I'm on has changed since last time. Just had an all nighter full of dumb crap, and now in several hours I have to go do work. Such poor planning. Better than completely missing my work, though. But hey, I'll be in the area to get more nice markers, so...

I've been recovering from probably the worst bout of food poisoning I've ever had.

As a person who has a large fear of choking, I was absolutely terrified to induce vomiting. I've only had to do it once prior when I was drunk and needed to vomit to avoid death by misadventure.

Needless to say when I did induce vomiting it wasn't pretty, I'm doing sorta alright right now but I hope I don't have to do it again any time soon.

Normally I'd be at work right now, but I fainted a few minutes after waking up, so I called in sick.

Remember how Chris said he tried Sardines for the first time and liked them? Well, I had the exact opposite reaction.

For weeks, there has been 3 cans in my cupboard, and I've been curious. I thought, "If Chris would like them, so would I, and I opened the can and.....

"AUGH! This is not good!" I spoke, in my shrill, overreactive-over-nothing voice, and my mom comes into the kitchen to see me freaking out over the contents of a can of sardines.

Yucky, slimy, gunk it was sitting in, scales, FUCKING SCALES! My mom told me it was alright and I had a bit without the scales. It tasted alright, sure, all foods actually do when you actually put them in your mouth and deal with it, but I still chose against it, I'm too used to eating fish cooked!

I'm a pansy, huh?

I've been eating those things since I was 5. I love 'em. Don't hate, man.

My Grandfather used to love sardines and I know I tried them years ago. I honestly forget if I liked them or not.

I have a lot of rules when it comes to what I put in my mouth

Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonaise, all of its not allowed. All I season my food with is salt and butter (and various other seasonings, but point is, I HATE sauces!)

My heart level went to :heart-full: once I got the results of my first Economics exam. 93 out of a 100. Internally, I was screaming in joy.

I'm not picky when it comes to eating at all, but I don't care to try sardines even if I do like seafood.

If you like them, good for you.
