I have a kilo of budget chicken thighs that must be cooked tonight. I am looking for a casserole type dish that will portion and freeze well, and reheat without going soggy or drying out.
Hard mode: if I see one more batch of butter chicken, or a curry, or anything else milk based on my stove I swear to God I'm going postal.
