Not even fucking starscream hurt ravage, and he's the guy that was notoriously enough of an ass that they kept either leaving him on a rock out in space or stuck him in a fucking cage apperently made specifically to restrain him.
Not counting Bayformers, even the Autobots didn't want to hurt Ravage much.

Evil-Lyn becoming Dio is hilarious

Why do NONE of these dumb fuckers know how to draw naturally buff women?

Women put on muscle differently than men. This is an objective fact. We do not suddenly turn into Arnold Schwarzenegger with tits when we beef up, and I'm fucking sick of people pretending we do. The ONLY time women ever get like that is when they bodybuild and abuse the fuck out of steroids. Would it kill them to look up references of strength-based female athletes and base their buff ladies off of them?

It wasn't even hard to find these- all you have to do is look up "Female MMA fighter" and "Female Olympic weightlifter". There's no excuse.

Please, modern media, I beg of you- learn how to draw athletic women. It's just laziness at this point.

Skeli-Bitch is so fucking pathetic in this. He's the main villain for two episodes and in those episodes the dude gets the power of the sword and all it lets him do is be buff, turn people into skeletons and then get his shit easily pushed in by Savage He-Man. And by the final fight, he's literally bitch slapped out of the fight with He-Man yelling "It's not about us!" he's so pathetic a threat. In part 1, Lyn complains that Skeletor never returned her affection and wouldn't fuck her because he was focused on being evil, so how does she trick him into letting her steal the sword? She does the most basic bitch 'Woman seduces villain and tells them to power down for sex to steal item and/or distract them' routine. It's even worse because she does this right after chewing Skeletor out for being an idiot who only cares about killing He-Man despite having the powers of a God, and Skeletor's just like "Oh yeah, nothing suspicious about this heel turn."

And no, this show has done very little to make me buy this 'Poor Lynnie, always abused by Skeletor and totally can't be blamed for trying to destroy all of creation. She should get to walk off into the sun set and be free!' shit.

No, but see, you don’t understand. Her parents tried to eat her like a god damn looney Tunes cartoon, this a deep and tragic character!

I watched the Clownfish video regarding the spoilers for Part 2, and WOW. That's really all I have to say.

I could rant for several paragraphs ... But why? The series is way too easy to make fun of at this point, as it is a gargantuan joke that everyone except for Kevin Smith is "in" on.

"Unsolicited fact."

Ok, where is that said-fact, Kevin? Batman isn't real.

Also, double-maskers need to wear more than 2. I don't know how many-- just enough to suffocate themselves with.
It’s also funny because Batman’s mask covers literally everything BUT his mouth.

From Inceletor in the final episode of Part 1 to Skelesimp in the first couple of episodes in Part 2. Mark Hamill has been associated with pop-culture characters who have been destroyed as characters recently. Which one will he be associated with next?

Binged the entire thing in a afternoon time to do my duty to protect people from it

Like i expected part 1 was a shitshow of pacing and throwing He man under the bus because reasons, at least Orko got more character development and you get to see animated the other heros of Eternia like He-ro (lol) and King Grayskull, the rest is just Teela whining about how oh noes Adam kept secret he was He man when the fuck just literally atomized his body trying to protect her and all Eternia, Skeletor being portrayed as a overly exaggerated cartoon villain when everyone else is being edgy did not help, heck i respect Mark hamill trying to ham him but Kevin just put him like a creepy He man stalker instead of a actual villain that want to take the universe

Something tell me that Netflix sidelined Kevin on this one, the last episodes is just Netflix trying to erase all the fuckups of Kevin during 1, i suppose he fighted to death to keep the series focused on Teela because the entire thing is just her and her girlfriend being around while He man does shit like going Hulk destroying the city while beating the crap out of Skeletor, He man barely do anything for the plot he is a glorified sidekick, even Dark lyn was defeated by Teela while he was just fighting mobs and Skeletor outside of the castle, the last spurt is just trying to prep her as a Sorceress while breaking the rules that "Sorceress can't leave Castle Grayskull", at the end they just tried to put all the fanservice they could and let the animation studio do very kickass anime scenes, Lyn being almost as cartoony than Skeletor did not help with "fuck your Heaven, Fuck Skeletor ride, fuck everyone"

Also the power of Grayskull converting Lyn in David Bowie is the most hilarious shit of all, how she obtain the Sword by just catfishing Skeletor was peak comedy

In the end He man is just a side kick and all of this was entire series to rise Teela to Mary sueism where she is almost or more powerful than He man himself

Edit to add: The entire series is just EMPOWERING WAHMAN, to give you a context in the series 3 persons use the sword to get the power of grayskull, Adam, Skeletor and Lyn but ONLY Lyn does not lose the power after being separated from the Sword, Adam and Skeletor lose the transformation if they separate from it, Lyn just keep being enpowered and go to have a Dragon ball fight vs Teela

BULLLLLLLLSHITTTTTTTTTTT!!!!
Also Batman's mask doesn't cover his mouth.

Edit : Rate me Late Niggers.
Hey now, how could Kevin know that? I mean it's not like there was a Batman story arc called Battle For The Cowl that would clearly denote the difference between a mask and a cowl, something a lifelong comics fan like him would be aware of.

I may get around to giving the second half a watch mostly to see how much the studio pisses over Kevin's first half

I found it pretty funny how irrelevant Andra became in the second part. Like I genuinely forgot she existed until she popped up and did something occasionally. It's even funnier that in one of those post show interviews some lady had to reiterate that Teela and Andra's friendship was purely platonic and they apparently went out of their way to show that. Funny that they didn't bring this up at any point during part one where so many people including mainstream reviewers were convinced they were lesbians.

And this is on top of showing that Teela and Adam obviously have romantic feelings for each other with that scene with them blushing and holding hands on the balcony. Makes me wonder how much of this was damage control or just just bad writing and direction.

I hate to be that guy (especially when the second part of the season sucked so much compared to the first part) but Adam and Skeletor both powered down before someone else took the sword and used it. The Skeletor/Neanderthal He-man accessed the power at the same time.

Now for my own thoughts about the second half of the season:

First- I am so glad I didn't see the trailer for the second part. I would have totally skipped the rest. Holy fuck that was spoiler filled.

Skeletor had literally one scene where he was threatening, and that was the end of the last season. I swear Smith just said "Can you do wacky Joker?" and Hamill decided to revive him. His only moment of cool he ripped off Kingdom Hearts 2 with the portals shooting energy and later teleporting Adam around.

Everything about Teela. I was okay with the Sorceress helping her heal Adam, but everything else just fell flat. It was SMG redoing the last season of Buffy. "I don't like the rules that were set up long before I existed so I'm going to change the rules because girl power."

Evil-lyn. Oh lord where to begin. The backstory of her parents deciding to eat her leading to her to Skeletor. I just can't believe they'd jump right to eating their daughter over killing stray animals/other poor people. Skeletor just pops in and takes her because she made some sparks? Yeah, no. Her seeing the universe and her place in it then deciding to fuck it all is cliché as hell, but she does get props for deciding to nuke heaven to crush everyone's hope before the final battle. Also, "I'm gonna kill Panthor cause I'm eeeeeevil."

Everything else was just Ugh. I was quasi-okay with Neanderthal He-man, but powering up Skeletor, doing nothing but let Teela fight Evil-lynn, Orko being saved from the dead sucky black hole is just grab his hand when Uber-Teela just whines she didn't think about him.

What a waste

You know the weird thing? Evil-Lyn’s dad was bro-tier in the delightful 200x series and later comics.
-badass lich
-fought Keldor to see if the blue man was worthy of his daughter
-approved of her blue boyfriend (on the basis of having a strong bloodline)
-gave her magic artifacts
-ordered He-Man to save his daughter
-did all of this despite being bound to haunt a dead city, forever.

Further evidence that fatty didn’t do his research.

Nah is ok, is one of the inconsistencies i did not get i assumed you need to have the Sword to keep a stable transformation ongoing because during Skeletor interrogation to Man at arms this one call him a coward for never letting the power return and in all scenes you see him with the sword, and like you said Lyn manage to snatch the sword out of him by tricking him into depowering himself, also is funny how Skeletor pushed the plot point of discovering how Savage He-Man came to be and was quickly forgotten after Lyn become David Bowie SSJG
