The pic reminded me of when Alex Hogendorp got halal'd and everyone found his deranged gooner anime OC's all of whom had multiple disabilities due to his fetishes, someone photoshopped/used AI to make his OCs looking happy and totally healthy, to which Alex started seething that they were now, "Trump loving Christians", which prompted pictures to be made of Jesus with his OCs, and them as nuns.

It was the most aggressively wholesome thing I've ever seen.
I remember that with HogenDERP.
It's weird, isn't it, how those with still an ounce of shame and less propensity to "be a contrarian" just hide and tend to feel disgust at things who are truly wholesome and good. While of course, you'll never see this kind of things from Twitter lolitrannies, since they usually are surrounded by their hugboxes and need their constant affirmation. So here's a question to ponder on: why does it feel lik the Vees who are the villains have a stronger friendship than the hotel cast members? I mean the entire season we see Vox's ego pushing the others away and they're not happy about it. But Velvette nor Valentino ever just leave him. They're upset with him at the end for sure, but they don't kick him to the curb.

you could probably chop this up to the fact viv isnt that good at writing tbh. She probably doesnt know how to write the hotel characters as friends. The evil demons are much more interesting to her. Husk and angel are probably the best written "friends" (for now) of the "good guys" and i think thats because she is setting up some gaymance or something.

Thats just my personal theory.

The logical answer is that it's because the Vees have been together for many years by this point, so they're used to each other's bullshit, plus Vox keeps Val & Vel in line and following their general shared goal.
Meanwhile, the Hazbins have only been together for a little more than half a year, at most, and are a revolving-door cast of assholes stuck under the same roof, plus a lot of them aren't actually towing Charlie's party line – Alastor clearly has his own agenda, Husk is only forced to be there because Al owns him, Niffty is too autistic, et cetera, et cetera. Furthermore, Charlie has a hands-off approach to management and doesn't really try to reign their clashing quirks in, like Angel constantly sexually harassing Husk, so on, so forth.

i think this would make more sense than my theory tbh. but with viv you never know. this might be unintentionally correct with her at the helm.

idk. this theory def sounds better than mine.

That would be certainly interesting, having a cohesive and "together in this" group of antagonists. I think VIviane did this inadvertently with Adam and Lute, with the high point being with Adam's "death".

forgive my insanity but octavia webps were requested and i had to deliver.

A while back @InJailOutSoon posted a shot of Loona et al. hugging Blitz and showed that even the prime moneymaking furrybait can look weird and off-model. In contrast, I don't think there's a shot in the show where Octavia looks off. Granted, that's probably because, for someone that's supposed to be the center of Stolas' universe, she doesn't really show up that much.

TL:DR Unlike other characters, Octavia always looks good (platonically)

her design is also simply better in my humble opinion. Loona screams "fursona" to me while octavia seems like an actual character.

Because the Vee's have aligned interests and their various media empires rely upon one another to operate. The rats all have their tails tied together.

The Hotel isn't like this because Charlie is an ineffective leader and so all the Hotel residents are simply using the facilities and connections to pursue their own individual goals.

Alternatively: Viv is a bad writer.

Edit: Ninja'd by @Kid Named Rocket I should really read the thread before responding to things.

Now that's what I call PEAK 🔥🔥🔥

Yet you're telling me she's the daughter of some faggot owl and a misunderstood swan/peafowl?
Yup.

A couple years ago on X I did one of those silly quizzes: "Your birth month is the character you spend the summer with!" I got Octavia. And had this equally silly for a story of taking her on a sight-seeing trip cross- country in an RV.

These gifs tempt me to write it.

Loona screams "fursona"
Not just that. I also hate how Viv did her human design. I loved how Loona didnt look super duper skinny in her hellhound design with fatter thights and a thicker torso, but I hate her human design because it got so beanpole skinny.

Also lol downloaded this TikTok

The Hazbin fandom is going wild on my TikTok type currently. FFS I got feminists saying Adam wanted to control women that's why he made all the exorcists female and because Lilith got him butthurt (See? I predicted the outcome of the Lilith reveal right!). Then, there's another person saying they hope Adam's writing doesn’t get ruined further (Bitch. It has been ruined from the start the moment he was introduced TOO EARLY, ruining the tension about Heaven).

Speaking of Heaven, I have an idea based on a theory I saw that stated that the reason why Hell is so overpopulated and Heaven is spacious is because Hell is filled with so many adults who have very consciously sinned and Heaven is filled with mostly kids who died early and the few adults who ended up as the Winners, that's why the activities seem to lack a thrill and are mostly childlike/aimed at kids/slow-paced/simple.

Now, my idea is Hell's Overlords are mostly entertainment-themed, the big ones usually, such as Vox being tech, Valentino for film/porn, Velvette for social media, Alastor for radio, the one in the club/rave, Husk for gambling, etc. Entertainment isn't bad, but it becomes dangerous in excessive hedonism, like drugs and substances (like what Angel and Husk abuse, right?). The constant stream of dopamine and stimulation causes everyone to be so erratic. Charlie's hotel supposedly gives an environment to rewire the brain from the influence of the hedonism and wild life in the toxic environment and prepare those willing to change and reframe to go to the healthiest environment of all which is Heaven. Of course, not everyone is going to make it because some people would prefer the addiction and the fast, toxic environment.

I believe many adults have been kicked out of Heaven because they were so erratic and thrill-seeking. I think the hotel is like the place to detox and get the residents' minds used to slow-paced activities. Why? Heaven is the place where you are content and in eternal joy, and to reach that, you need to let go of the toxic worldly excesses emphasized in Hell. Heaven is where eternal life is slow, yet simple and honest, regardless of who you are.

Oh right. This is Viv and to her, Christians are all straight white bigots.

Adam should've used that giant goat man design that was posted a couple hundred pages back, make his songs more religious/choir-al(?) like Hellfire from the Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Simultaenously, he should be portrayed more symphatheticaly and much, much more seriously, this is the original man who has had to face the sorrow of letting evil into the world (Assuming he ate from the tree after Eve did) and despite that is more sympathetic to sinners than Lute due to his life on Earth, i.e "I don't enjoy killing, but when done righteously it's a chore like any other". Additionally Heaven should be portrayed much more seriously: No swearing, St. Peter is actually an old man, Abel is middle aged yet limp wristed and struggles to live up to his father's expectations, and an actual council of Angels instead of just Sera, Emily, and the Speaker (Who only appeared in one episode at that). This all makes the conflict much more nuanced than just Nazi Heaven holocausting sinners while Emischindler argues for their rights.

Emily could even be a designated Devil's advocate like what the Catholic Church's canonization process has and it's left unclear at first if she actually believes what she argues. The tonal shoft between scenes in Heaven and Hell should've be clear and distinct to provide contrast, and if Vivianne was a better writer she might've planned this out more. Alas, we live in a timeline where the show is servicable enough to like and actively follow, yet not good enough to truly love.

I think part of the problem is that the whole universe of the show seems to be about two generations old. There should be an unbroken chain of characters for minimally 6,000 years if you take an ultra literal view of the Bible, and significantly longer if you don't. In Solar Sand's video about how often the show cusses, one of his main points, was both how jarringly awkward the swearing was, but more importantly that the way characters talk was almost unanimously like Gen-Z retards. St. Peter is a two thousand year old blue collar fisherman turned preacher, who died for the faith, he should not sound like the neurotic guy who is working at Gamestop.

Adam is the FIRST man. According to a cursory google search, approximately 100-117 Billion people have lived. This does not count any spiritual beings in the HH universe, which would be hard to estimate. The Bible is ambiguous, though if you take non-cannonical books like first Enoch, you can schizo math that there were something like 600 angels (200 are mentioned as falling, and Revelation says a third of angels fell). but with all these vast swathes of humanity, the idea that everyone should seem so unbelievably modern is bizarre. The vast majority of humans lived through periods of time when slavery was considered perfectly acceptable, starving to death wasn't unrealistic, and most families would lose several children to diseasse and malnutrition. These things should lead to people who are much different than a modern 30 something.
