Speaking of best girls, apart from being rude to the protagonist Glitz and Glam did literally nothing wrong, despite being "villains". And, let's be honest, they
were better showmen than that faggot jester.

Not only that Fizz technically is part of the problem too. I know they said they are fine being exploited, but what Fizz seems to talk about too is that Mammon actually abuses him (chains him up, hits him, starves him, and probably other things.) He shouldn't be acting like a fucking child and crying because of his spot. he should of been doing it in a way of protection (that he feels like he has to have it because others shouldn't suffer his abuse.) That should be more of been more of his arch other that shitty relationship issue.
From what the show made of Fizz is that. He was the best, eventally being burned for it and left in ruin. Mammon came and made him the best again, so in his psychological sense he would feel that he owes him and also doesn't want anyone to suffer that pain of stardom (because thats all he knows.). Fame for him as always been his downfall in different ways, but its the only thing he knows is to perform. Seeing fans and seeing others where he is there physically and practically. In his brain when they tell him (especially that shitty little deaf kid.) That they ALL WANNA BE LIKE HIM they want to be famous too. And because he is being held and abused by his boss he can't tell them the truth thats why he competes so hard so that others can't have that spot so that they can't be burned like he has.
Glitz and Glam should be a representation of him before it all (in his brain) and be the first ones to actually get to know that. They would be the reperesentation of him as a child when he was preforming (young, naive, hopeful, and to a small crowd that humbled him.) Fizz should be trying to tell them they shouldn't compete BECAUSE its not what its cracked up to be, but thats all he knows. He should actively be trying to tell them what is facing them. As Mammon is most likely going to abuse them way harder than Fizz because, let's face it they are women and Mammon has been written to be a misogynist no way hes not going to fuck with them in ways he couldn't with Fizz. Fizz should have an incredibly rich and interesting complex because of what Viv has set for him. He should be viewing himself is the only thing he can provide that hes worthy is his image. He should have a warped sense of self and be disassociating in some way (having sex robots or robots that wonder around that look like him, being plastered on everything.) This should be him finally gaining control over himself and beginning to make his own decisions to gain his own AGENCY.
But currently how its written he comes off as arrogant, prideful, incredibly selfish, and lacks depth. So his arch for this is that he leaves one master for another master. Wow Viv, thats so brave.
