I dunno, the way TADC did it kinda feels like "throwing stones from a glass house" or Rian Johnson-esque "subverting expectations" to me. The fan theories, from my understanding were pretty much half of the appeal of that show, so for Gooseworx and co. to turn around and mock the very fans keeping the show alive....

From what I got the appeal was about the mystery, plus character interaction and where the show was gonna go. Fan theories were this small part and I def doubt what kept the show alive. It has nothing to do with "throwing stones" or Rian Johnson stuff (heck, such a technique was used way before Rian even stepped onto the scene), but I'm glad someone had the balls to say "Fuck you and your fan theories", because like I said before. So many shows or properties got themselves fucked because they try to appeal to fans and their retarded theories. Fuck, Boss is a great example of that. I'll bet yaz there was some retarded fan theories of Stolas and Blitz knowing each other as kids, an Viv decided to shove that shit in, just to appeal to her fanbase.

This shouldn't be a terribly surprising outcome since TADC is garbage made by a tranny as a form of therapy instead of an actual artistic or creative venture, but to pretend that the way the creative team handled their audience's passion and interest in the work wasn't blatantly disrespectful and damaging to their public good will is asinine you stupid Slavic retard.

Hazbin has already been around for almost a decade and maintains a loyal fanbase. If it does continue onto season 5 it'll most likely be around for another decade.

Time passes as he has grown bored with always winning, tired of the beauty women, and having no thrill in challenges if it's all setup for his instant satisfaction. He asks the man to send him to "the other place" before being told where he's at "is the other place."

Honestly, this is a very interesting take on how one could imagine purgatory - having things you want and said things are "easy" in reach, yet they lack "meaning", challenge or even connection to a kin. Easier to assume it is paradise, since it is things we "like" and or "deserve" without suffering. Yet, with ennui setting in, one would realise the truth.

I can see Trashbin & Bullshit staying around, especially the former. I don't know, as much as Viviane is retarded, there is some "charisma" in the series - not so much because of the "INDEPENDENT SERIES" factor, but rather because you could say it's something that has so many fan works that you could say it almost gives the series a life of its own. I call this a "SpongeBob Fanon effect" for the lack of a better term.
Let me explain: While Spongebob Squarepants wasn't necessarily kept alive because of its fans, the series is long-running and is a "household name" for young adults and teenagers; even if it is because of Nickelodeon & Viacom. I feel the fans make this effect and are able to extend the lifespan, with their own "animations" and theories in general. Not so much the retarded pairings and such.

To be fair Hazbin is basically this decade's SU, all of those people and types who like that sort of thing are all there so it's understandable and I can see it sticking around for a long time just like SU did in the mid 2010s

TADC on the other hand, is just a poor man's kiddy version of I have No Mouth and I Must Scream, interesting idea and premise but I expect the finale and last 2 episodes to be a rushed mess since they basically said "lol there is no escape or exit door dummy" (that thing that's been the main idea since the first episode and agreed to be the idea by universally everyone as well)
and seeing as how most of the episodes have been spent on talk about your feelings therapy sessions with no real plot threads or even character progress besides jax, I'm not holding out hope for a satisfying conclusion

There's a lot of parallels to be drawn between Hazbin and RWBY of all things. The show clearly possesses some level of appeal and in limited bursts can produce a truly competent and engaging product, and it's those very small flashes of quality that drive people to critique it and talk about it. It has potential and that drives people to discuss it in a context of rewrites and ideas. Hazbin and Helluva are NOT good shows, but they are interesting shows because they're too occasionally good to be irredeemably bad, and the ways in which they are bad are layered and interesting to dissect.
