@JulieRei managing to have polite interaction with us isnt an achievement.
We simply have a low tolerence for bullshit and scams, we dont target people without reason and threads without justification are quickly closed.
This is a pretty diverse community united under LOLS.
Im sure if Blaire came here and didnt tard out she would be given as warm a welcome as you got. Were not gonna be your personal hit squad because your polite. You seem to think were having a conversation but your just ignoring anyone who raises a valid point about gen zed and its content/pitch whilst fishing for any little thing you can find to dismiss us as hateful trolls.
Gen zed appears to be the only thing kiwis and tumblrites have ever agreed on and thats that the show was a cynical ego wank project designed to cash in on groups that feel marginalised and further represent them as a freak show rather than real people who are just as integrated into society as everyone else.

Sorry to say but i doubt @JulieRei will be back.

I'd theorise that she came here looking to reinforce the narrative that we're all a bunch of right wing, transmisogynistic troll stalkers and earn SJW ass pats for being so brave and twitter ammo to use against her enemies, now she's found that we're generally dissapointingly grounded and reasonable human beings rather than a rightwing hivemind she has no reason to interact with us.

But hey, maybe there's a silver lining; we could get a visit from @BlaireWhite, that'd be fun right guys?

At best shes going to leave and tell her friends
"They expected me to justify my claims with evidence and not feeling"
"They questioned a constructed narrative"
"They respected me whilst disagreeing"
"They expect people to get paid for the work they do"

Somewhat off topic but i remember when first seeing the trailer for gen zed how they all meet up after getting to know each other via online gaming and thinking "how are they going to handle that ?".
I had recently read a novella about a bunch of people who meet in a WOW clone and how their online friendship changes when they meet up IRL. How your impressions are coloured by the filter of the internet and how your hero is really a no one who barely cares about the game hes so great at can burn you out. It was interesting to see how the writer dealt with the idea of the "character" they played represented the person they wished they were (the dashing rogue, the highborn princess, the strong warrior woman) versus the class role representing who they were deep down (the support, the meat shield, the healer).
And then i worked out Hayden was just going to handle it the way he handled everything in this piece of crap
"You like trannys/gaming/tumblr well this shows got it but doesnt understand it PEW PEW".

It's not terribly old, and is still used. You're correct about its meaning, but it's usually used as a slur.

I was skimming through the threads on the front page and while scrolling I initially read the title as Hayden Black has died. Then I scrolled back up and read it properly. I am so disappointed. (:_(

Were barely even a troll community.
Interaction with cows other than twitter comments is generally avoided and pushing people into generaring content tends to get a kiwi banned.
Generally all we do is repost info that can be found on the net and teach a valuable lesson that maybe people shouldnt broadcast how autistic/deviant they are for all to see and maybe think about what would happen if it became common knowledge.
