Considering Hayden is trying to replace the original Julie with another Julie I doubt he even sees voice actors as individual people.

They supposedly already did the voicework for the entire first season (all recorded in Hayden's living room).
So there must have been some work done on the VA's part. Hayden just didn't do anything with it, the lazy bastard.
 
Maybe Hayden wants another Julie because he handles change poorly- A clear sign of autism.

You know it makes sense

At least Goldstein has some actual voice work to his name. Julie Vu is just some flamboyant and horse-faced tranny Youtuber who spends a lot of money on makeup. Compared to this, Brianna Wu's job offer to Goldstein seems legitimate. Hayden is literally only considering this person because he's a tranny.

I don't see why they keep pushing Ged Zed when it has been dead for months. I would've thought Hayden would've moved on by now.

I like to think Hayden believes that the only people he can hire to voice act his characters are those that go by the same name as them.
