Possibly, I'll do the maths.
First we take some statistics:
Amounts of current Hayden = 1
After he divide Hayden = 2
Hayden work efficency = 0

So now comes the part where we get out our calculators and plug those values into this equation:

Hayden x work efficency = how fast on the scale of 1-10 Gen zed gets released

heres the results:
1 x 0 = 0
And when we cut hayden in two it becomes:
2 x 0 = 0
Turns out he goes at just the same speed

I really don't like throwing other people's art under the bus when mine isn't anything special, but. . .Jesus. Shona has Egyptian feet & Huey's rocking Vegeta chin for no reason.
 
I think @Jewsy stumbled onto something we didn't know about, there is a wiki for gen zed. It's been active since september 2015.

Single most frequent editor is a Wikia user who doesn't appear to have a connection with the show (they appear to edit a bunch of different Wikias, and I can't find their profile picture anywhere else). However, the wikia's creator seems to be a Ben 10 fan (no other results for that, either).
 
If Black was smart, he'd look at the fame Cosby got for the rape scandal and break the fuck into his local petting zoo

Kind of impressive how the wikia is able to capture the same air of disappointment as the show it's documenting. And I love that most of the characters' pages linked on the front page don't exist and the others are just stubs. They're going to stay that way until Hayden and co get a move on.
 
The more I look at this wikia, the more I'm convinced Black had little to do with it.
If you look at the articles, there's very little info, even less than on the website. It seems all the info comes from the trailer and GZ's Tumblr. And the awkward writing style makes me think most if it was written by a non-native speaker.

It's not very active either, whereas Hayden tends to update Gen Zed pages relatively often, if only to spam his Tweets. If Hayden was editing the Wikia, it'd probably have more promotional content, bragging about press releases etc.

My guess is that either Hayden doesn't know about the Wikia or he doesn't care about it (dubious, as we know he loves shilling his stuff on every platform available).

I'm not sure he's supposed to be her dad considering he has a diffferent family name. The person who made the artice probably got confused by the term "Father", since they don't seem to be all that good at English.

I don't know about the intentions of whoever created the wiki.
However, the main contributor strikes me as a well-intentioned Wikisperg who's just trying to add onto articles based on what little she knows of Gen Zed. She also happens to be from Malaysia, which might explain the awkward English.

Still, the end result is pretty funny:
