Sorry, still catching up on posts. Originally, I admit I was genuinely disturbed at the thought this SJW crap had successfully broken through into the mainstream. But now I know this pathetic little web-series pilot isn't actually anything to be taken seriously, I'm thoroughly enjoying the prospect of a good snark at its expense! *bounces up and down on bed in front of laptop, squeeing and clapping hands together with glee*...
Well, given the creators' frantic attempts to gain the approval of the tumblr/SJW/trans "community", I'm now inclined to think it's the other way round! "Inclusivity" and progressive politics as a means to exploit a young and impressionable audience. Thousands and thousands of lollipops, if you will. And that audience is (in the short-term, at least) so easily scammed, and the people behind this so ruthless in their efforts to gain approval, viewers and sweet, sweet tumblrbux - that it will be like taking candy from a baby.
And we already know the creators give terrible head.

Some of the commenters on Youtube, when confronted with this, immediately jump on it with "Oh yeah? First STARRING trans role, so there! Nyeah nyeah!"
What I think is worse is that the trans character is going to be the mystical one that solves everyone's problems. They'll become so reliant on it. Sure, they had that little recovernsion party in the trailer, but I think a Labelle speech will fix that in one episode.

I'm having trouble finding voice clips of her other roles. Apparently she played the main villain in that Xtreme Xecutor anime. If someone is familiar with this anime can they find a clip of Kentei speaking? I tried YouTube, but without knowledge of the anime I can't find anything easily.
The fact that she got a major role in an English dub makes me wonder if we're being too hard on her. Her voice work is terrible in Gen Zed, that's a give-in, but perhaps the problem lies with poor direction. Judging by the amount of work put into the animation I'd be surprised if they put much effort into coaching their actors.
