Bell probably closed his books on The Ruckersville Two after the court papers were filed. He did his favor to Rocky and that was that, despite Chris now thinking he has him on retainer for free and forever.

When Chris fucks up with the law again (and he will) and expects Bell to come save his bacon again, it's Chris that may be in for a surprise (followed by Chris thumbing out a new Facebook post telling everyone that Bell is now a dang dirty troll because he didn't rush to Chris' rescue this time).
