Hasan Piker appears to have posted a picture that contains a Short Barreled Rifle in California. It looks convincing but it's likely an airsoft because you would have to monumentally retarded and determined to buy, build, or bring one into California.

For anyone that isn't familiar with US gun laws: having a rifle with a barrel this short is illegal unless it is registered as a SBR which is nigh impossible in CA. There's many other specific issues and caveats but it's tedious and not necessary to understand all the convoluted rules in this situation. If it's a real gun, it's breaking several state and federal laws.

Zoom in on the mag. I know nothing about air soft but that looks like a smoked lancer with rounds in it. Do air soft replicas do that?

I assume the tweet just got a lot of attention, so Hasan decided to respond to it. I would say most of the Vanoss Crew guys are…steady. They’re not blowing up in popularity or anything, but they’re not irrelevant either.
