The hivemind pivot to the myriad tactics of his supporters is on full display in the comments:
(1) Accusing detractors of being unemployed (projection, but also the way the video downplays the actual event)
(2) Accusing detractors or anyone with knowledge of this "drama" (animal abuse) of caring too much
(3) Feigning ignorance to facilitate (2)'s argument but doing so to muddy the waters on whether he did or did not shock his dog

The tactic here is basically to ridicule anyone who cares or anyone who takes 10 seconds to look it up because the actual evidence makes it undeniable. You see the same shit with Destiny and his fans feigning ignorance on Rose's age and taking Steven at his word that the Pixie case is going well for him.

Yeah, I sort of assumed based on the way he looks first time I saw him. Watched couple fairly neutral skits and thought it was okay, then I noticed more subversive shit.

Right, the measure of whether Hasan is damaged by controversy shouldn't be whether has fans. Comparatively, Destiny is still wealthy with fans he can make a living off of, but compared to his previous prominence, he's clearly in a diminished place when his ambitions as a political advocate are in ruins and everyone outside of his cult of viewers hates his guts.

For Hasan in particular, I think there are two particular things to pay attention to in order to gauge whether he's been damaged. The first is his protected status by CEO Dan Clancy and the rest of the Twitch staff. It would be significant if Hasan was demoted to be treated even just comparable to the other big streamers on Twitch rather than clearly being the golden child at most "punished" with one-day suspensions on his planned days off. I think Hasan is at considerable risk of losing this protection if Dan Clancy's testimony to Congress does end up happening and Clancy is explicitly questioned about Hasan as a protected agent of violent radicalization.

The second is Hasan's reputation among Democrats and other liberal figures and institutions. The puff pieces from news media are well known here. Gavin Newsom recently glazed Hasan. Hasan is set to guest at a convention of Democratic pundits and politicians next month. He appears to be in vogue now, but this can turn on a dime with one article from NYT or WaPo calling Hasan out for what he really is rather than playing along with the mild-mannered "himbo" guise he presents to the wider public. This threat of becoming a social pariah is what I think Hasan is particularly afraid of with the exposure of his dog abuse.

The poor dog is on high alert all the time because she's being abused, so it's understandable she starts lashing out because she never has time to recover from anxiety. I wouldn't be surprised if she eventually hurt someone out of fear and got put down. This whole situation is so gross. At least most lolcows only harm themselves or consenting humans. It's so much worse when an animal or child is being abused by them and no one can stop it.

I use Critikal as a weathervane for the left-of-center normie and the fact that he's jumped out to condemn Hasan for it is telling. Now, he could always cuck out and backtrack seeing how Hasan seems to be pulling every string he has to try and sweep for him but it's a sign.
 
I hate Milo almost as much as Piker, but is there any traction with his campaign to call animal control on Piker? I assume not, as with Twitch turning a blind eye to Piker’s terrorism endorsements, and blatant violation of TOS, but a lad can dream.
 
Do you guys remember when Hasan pressured his "buddy" Ludwig to delete a video criticizing him? I think it's kind of telling of his abusive behavior, not only towards animals but to people too.

I don't think Cr1tikal calling him out really means anything. Sometimes he will have a random based take and then gets BTFO magnificently and cucks out at the end. Like, look how he pussied out about DarkViperAU. His response to DarkViper's response is legit him kowtowing and giving the most charitable as possible view for him. Even though Cr1tikal's initial video was completely factual.
