I don't know, if I was about to join a pile-on against a black guy I would absolutely avoid having KKK in my video, even if KKK was a reference to strikeouts or something. Or if I was joining a pile-on against a Muslim I would avoid all Crusader imagery, even if I had no anti-Muslim intent. And if someone did do those things against Hasan or Seandablack, these guys would be damn quick to call them out for using dog whistles. So why did they not realize, "hey, maybe holding a swastika-shaped weapon while concern trolling this Jew kind of gives the game away"?

These are people who go on and on about media literacy, and before you say, "oh, they're just stupid," well... they are definitely stupid, but the swastika isn't exactly subtle and while a viewer might not notice that the cross guard is shaped like a swastika, it's hard for me to believe that no one noticed it while Ian was wielding it. These people are stupid, but they think that we're all even stupider.

I don't think so, my impression is that he is a clout-demon and understands that there's money in appealing to turbo-weebs even if his interest in the sector is surface-deep at best.

Funny enough, in some languages, blue and green are often used interchangeably with each other (like older forms of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese). Blue is usually one of the last colors to be named in most languages, if not the last, due to (at least according to one theory) how difficult it is to make blue as a dye for clothing, compared to something like red or yellow.

I've also heard somewhere that people who grow up with languages that have a fuzzier distinction between those two colors are more likely to have color blindness causing them to find it more difficult to distinguish between them.

Apparently it's just completely absurd to think that a swastika sword could be antisemitic. Because their ancestors evolved in environments where knowing the difference between blue and green didn't impact survivability. Meaning the various races that grew up in these environments had a much higher percentage of people born with color blindness, which impacted the development of the language since blue and green looked the same to them and was either not differentiated or used interchangeably in the language as a result.
