I figured it out!
The way that Hasan turns to stare at his dog silently is almost the exact same way that Indians stare lifelessly at things. Be it white women, H1-B Visas or Google Play Gift Cards. The "Sub-Human Stare".
Except instead of wanting to rape the dog, he just wants to cause it to feel pain.

He turns to stare because he didn't think that his usual shocking he does to her would make her yelp this time. He also was scared that he fucked up, so he was looking away from the camera to hide his expression of, "Oh fuck, what did I just do on stream? Now they'll know what I do to her off stream". Then cue the classic gaslighting/deflection, "Oh you're such a baby."

This always blows my mind. If I was a streamer who spent 8-10 hours a day on screen and lived or died by public opinion, I'd have an extra 5 second delay on stream and a button to cut everything. Ethan Klein has the right idea with his buttons to cut video or audio. Well, I also wouldn't create a hyperbolic dog torture chamber, but if I did I'd at least have a backup plan.
 
Interesting thread by a anti-Hasan gimmick account on X. TLDR Hasan gets mad when Kaya stops acting like a prop after he's been away.

There's a pattern where Hasan takes a trip, complains about his parents messing up Kaya's training, and then fits the shock collar on Kaya for a few days while re-training her place command. Here on June 2nd, 2024, the day after his trip to DreamCon, it blinks at 10s.

For the next few days after coming back home he will have the shock collar on her while doing the place commands with the typical motion of reaching for the remote on his desk.

Here is the second day after DreamCon (June 3, 2024) where this happens.

The viral clip from October 7, 2025 comes the second day after returning from France

This new clip going viral comes from February 26, 2025, the day Hasan came from Japan.

Hasan claims that the "vibration collar" is used "specifically to communicate with Kaya when she's free roaming at the park or off- leash running around."

However, he clearly has it on her at home every time he comes back from travel to re-train the place command.
