He ran into her. He tried to shake her down for money and she told him to fuck off so now they're in court and she's counter suing him for 1 dollar as a fuck you.

Gwenny is a weirdo but this guy is a shakedown artist and this trial is a waspy waste of the time of the court.

This guy is actually hilarious. The court has evidence of him texting people saying "I'm rich, I hit Gwyneth Paltrow". Then he tried to claim that he has multiple personalities inhabiting his body and the author of the text was a different identity than the one attending court. :story:
Also his (female) attorney kept making smalltalk and basically fangirling for Paltrow when she was supposed to be cross examining her. It's a funny shitshow.

I'm glad she won. This lawsuit was bullshit. And as someone who has spent a lot of time on the slopes myself, while I never have collided with anyone myself, it's a common occurrence. You assume the risk of an inherently dangerous activity. Usually a shakedown artist brake-checks you so you rear-end them.

This particular asshole is like if someone rear-ended you at a stop sign and then sued you. I hope he gets another traumatic brain injury.

The $1 thing is also excellent, class act material. Obviously not being a celeb taking advantage of her status to try to ruin this moron any more than he already has himself.

Pay her her dollar you filthy gouging scumbag who hoped you could just sue a celeb and squeeze out a settlement with absolute bullshit.

Just by looking at this woman you know she shouldn't be giving any health and wellness advice ever.

I remember a couple of years ago Vogue posted a video of her showing her skincare routine which is all levels of wrong all while promoting some goop products. The highlight for me was her use of sunscreen, which is minimal and only on what she considers as "where the sun really hits", because the fucking Sun will choose the right places to hit. She's white as fuck and it can be dangerous, and you can see some damage on her skin in the video and it's not because she's 50.


Before the trials took all the attention, a fragment of an interview of her discussing her detox diet was posted and it was met with horrified reactions. Some people even argued that she's selling eating disorder as lifestyle. If it's true, that's up to you, but we can agree that her diet is crazy and the IVs supplements are just insane.

Of course she responded to the backlash on her instagram arguing that it was just an honest talk with her doctor and not advice/recommendation. And to be honest, anyone who follows anything she does is just as retarded, if not more.

I have absolutely zero qualms with calling GP an orthorexic. Orthorexia is an eating disorder where the sufferer is so obsessed with the quality and healthiness of food to the point of it being a detriment to themselves.

This dermatologist looks bizarre with her completely frozen face while trying to be expressive. I don't think she's in any position to be criticising anyone's appearance, which is what she was heavily implying with her "I'm not here to bash anyone or do clickbait" routine after implying Gwyneth has "consequences" for her poor skincare choices.

Yes her routine is shit, but I have far more respect for Gwyneth actually looking like the 50 year old woman she is than some ranting, arrogant doctor who, with all the sunscreen application in the world, has still had to rely on extensive botox use in a failed attempt to look 20 forever. I don't even like Gwyneth but massive respect to her for keeping her appearance natural while existing in Hollywood as an older woman.

The dermatologist is also wrong, propylene glycol is indeed used in cars as antifreeze. Propylene glycol is used as a non-toxic alternative to ethylene glycol, that won't kill your pets or kids if they drink it. It's also in many vape fluids. She's right though that it's non-toxic and a very useful ingredient. I also don't see what her point is that it's exactly the same as glycerine, except with an additional alcohol group. So it's not the same then?

I honestly think women look better when they age gracefully and naturally as opposed to the fucked-up Hollywood trend of looking like a fetus preserved in formaldehyde.
 
I don’t know if this is relevant, but you know how Gwyneth has a daughter who she named after a fruit? Well, Apple, when she was in middle school, was kicked out of school for bullying other students. One of the students she bullied became depressed to the point of attempted suicide. Because of this, Apple isn’t popular with the general public.

Blythe Danner has strabismus as well, and that trait unfortunately popped up after skipping a generation. It must suck having such a trait in a community that values appearance so much.
