The amount of hype I'm seeing from normies about GTA VI is kind of funny. Apparently a lot of them are falling under the Cyberpunk belief that GTA VI has been in full blown development for almost 8 years now.

I almost hope there will be a massive backlash, especially if it ends up being small episodic shit after 10+ years like Take Two hinted at a year or two ago.

Saints Row IV was the best GTA game, best Matrix game and the best Mass Effect game of its generation.

Hey Kinzie you wanna fuck?
Saint's Row IV is a cheap poorly designed piece of shit that was a SR3 dlc that got turned into a 'full game'. Full game meaning ctrl+v SR3 with Prototype wall running on top of a linear third person shooter that turns off your superpowers for every real mission. Bonus, the humor devolving into Meet the Spartans.

It's a shameless hackjob cashin sequel for retards.

I completely agree but still had fun with it but I didn't pay for it either.

I did not like how they reused Steelport, the cliffhanger ending or having to collect these orbs for upgrade points. I wish they established the President part a bit more.

Other than that, I loved Saints Row IV. The humor and parodies would hit almost every time. Music selection was greatly improved from 2 & 3. The Enter the Dominatrix DLC, while short, is the highlight of Saints Row IV. Unsubtle, but freaking funny.

Not surprising at all considering GTA Online is so unsecure that 75% of the people playing it have advanced mod menus that just kick you or close your game if you report them for cheating.
use Other whenever reporting, can't be blocked nor had the close function attached to it since it's serversided, enough reports and a admin pops up, use a namechanger and change your name to a R* admin to see them insta leaving like little bitches, kek.

got bored of reporting cheating chinafags saying they couldn't be and blocking their asses whenever they tried to stalk me by using the admin observation slots.

still, people want GTA6 really hard but i don't think doing rumors help, especially after cyberjank 2077 T2 will whip rockstar's ass to optimize the engine even though the development process in R* is as shit as in CDPR but with atleast some pipelines and add pseudo dark jokes because the housers jamped ship, expect GTA6's RAGE to remain shit with online coding and using clientsided rules, making it easy to hack since online mode is very profitable.

Don’t have much to say, but since I’m going back to work, I just want to point out that I’m buying the PSP versions of Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories and (hopefully) Chinatown Wars.

I’ll need something to play on for the long bus trips :story:

EDIT: Mixed up the Liberty City games because my brain was fried for some reason

You mean Liberty City Stories, since EfLC never got a PSP port.
But yeah, those games are godlike in PSP.

Saints Row's the closest, although it hasn't had a new entry since 2014 (there're rumors of a new game, however).

The first three Saints Row games are awesome, my only real beef is that the soundtracks tend to skew way too modern for my tastes (the classical station and the 80's pop station aside) and this particularly is more of an issue in SR3 and SR4.

Also, I do think someone should just bite the bullet and raise funds for a retro PS2-style "GTA Clone" and see what can be done.

Did you not like IV?

Saints Row 1 aged way better than San Andreas. But was tough as nails.

Saints Row 2 refined what Saints Row brought to the table, BUT I do not like the tone they went with. (I know it's a fan favorite, and there are great parts to it, but it's not necessarily MY favorite.)

Saints Row the Third went its own way with embracing wackiness. It's quite an easy game. It did some things well, it also left out some things as well.

Saints Row IV was when it really established its own identity as an open world GTA clone.

Remember when R* would make jabs at GTA clones at their prime?

This is my favorite:

I wish R* made one with True Crime: New York City.

How can you forget Tanner the strangely animated undercover cop in GTA 3

At least Driver punched back with Timmy Vermicelli
