That was 3,000 years ago thoughI think he's talking about the Steam Machines which never really did much.

Talisman to name one, was a dead on arrival beta test of a card game due to how Valve themselves seemingly had no idea what they're doing. So you paid full price for an underdeveloped game that died as soon as it came out.How is this comparable to Valve?
But Gaben said it was the Half Life 2 of card games! No seriously I’m not making that up.Talisman to name one, was a dead on arrival beta test of a card game due to how Valve themselves seemingly had no idea what they're doing. He's also the kind of person to hang his Google bag proudly up on his wall. And his hand is... weird. It looks like he's wearing a glove made of human skin. That reddit post I just linked shows that the guy has an Xbox one and a switch. How much product is there to be consumed?
Oh god how did I not notice both of those things. He's also the kind of person to hang his Google bag proudly up on his wall. And his hand is... weird. It looks like he's wearing a glove made of human skin.
Theres a lot of weird stuff to digest in that picture. I'm uploading it here for backup purposes.Oh god how did I not notice both of those things.
It's the only game that's free on Stadia too. Even the early adopters who bought this junk don't want to pay those outrageous prices for more games. Why are these motherfuckers always playing Destiny 2? THIS GAME IS FREE ON PC YOU BUNCH OF RE.TAR.DED FREAKS!!!!!11
I can tell you exactly why this is a thing. The idiots at google are living in a silicon valley bubble sniffing their own farts. None of them would blink at paying a "modest" subscription fee on top of full price to stream games just for "convenience". They also have that super blazing fast internet as well. Something like Dial Up or DSL is something whispered about in fairy tales about the medieval dark age. They dont exist anymore and everyone in the world clearly has the same access to telecommunication they do. Also their focus testing group drawn up from their young new employees all agreed 100% with the bosses ideas, proving the idea was good and a big hit with a hip young crowd
And so Stadia was born.
Go watch a teardown video of the Juicero. The thing somehow got to production without going through a cost reduction stage, and was such an overengineered device that even at its original price (700$!), they were still selling at a loss.

Don't forget it had DRM as well!
...how much it's pissing off angry gamer nerds who're now realising that gaming isn't really just about them anymore. "Games don't work if they have 40ms latency"
Everyone in r/stadia is now gushing about how stadia fixed the toxic relationship they had with their father. I’m sure that magic is gonna fade when they see their internet bills.
EDIT: I made a thread asking that and everyone says they have unlimited plans with no data cap.

Everyone’s fucking playing Destiny 2. I don’t get this at all.
