Gloria has enough access to money that she'd fail upwards, a broken nose or deviated septum means a trip to the plastic surgeon, and, while she's there, might as well fix a few other "flaws"

I think that if she started, she'd probably end up looking like that plastic surgery cat lady or if she's lucky, Donatella Versace. (Who is hideous, but at least looks human-ish.)

Something amusing: GT posts about her latest music video, shot in an abandoned, graffiti'ed compound in the hills above Malibu. In the comments, some helpful person informed her that the site is a former headquarters of a 1930s Nazi paramilitary group, and that Travel Channel did a recent piece on its sordid history.

Wonder if she'll still use the footage?

"Endeavor" is not a verb!

EDIT: I stand corrected, it can be used as a verb, but not in the way Gloria did, it's still a failtastic sentence.

It is a beautiful collaboration of art.
Her command of English is actually similar to Chris's.

Here's what bugs me about this: She tries to look like a cool, tough, grafitty-spraying street brat, but her appearance, costume and posure all scream "spoiled daughter of rich parents".

Writing fiction isn't really about grammar. Something technically wrong can sound beautiful, and that's what's great about the English language. But there are a lot of people like Gloria, who are to writing what tone deaf people are to singing. Girl got no natural flow, G.

The set-up is fine, alleged Nazism aside. But that pose is just so lifeless and static. It should seem as if all that graffiti is fresh, and all her doing.

Yes, I am accusing Gloria Tesch as coming off like she's never worked a day in her life.

Pixie´s is racier, close to a actual body of wáter(is that a lake?) I guess she made the tail herself, and she is poor so she had to make a greater efort. So I like Pixie´s better.
+ Pixie's pose actually says something - it's like she's trying to say: "Gimme a hand, I need some help here, I need to get back into the water". Gloria is just grinning lifelessly like she always does.

Man, her hair looked a lot better in that selfie, but now that I see the full dye job it just looks bad. It could just be that she and her friend didn't know what they were doing (does Tesch ever know what she's doing?), but she's rich enough to get it done professionally. Something tells me she thinks it furthers her attempt to look like a hardened artist.

Nah, the hair is just a 20-year-old fucking around. There are more legit things to criticize.

She really is a terrible model. In every one of those shots she could be replaced with a mannequin and the photos wouldn't seem to be missing anything for it.

Incidentally, I've shown some of her portfolio to some people who are more familiar with the fashion industry just for a laugh, and they've had nothing but nasty things to say. That's probably the biggest reason why Gloria shouldn't pursue a modeling career - we all know how she handles criticism, and "fashion people" are some of the most ruthless critics there are. They make this forum seem like a hugbox.

Like I haven't criticized several legitimate things already. I can't fault someone for having fun with their hair, but Tesch says a lot of things for appearance's sake and could very well twist it into some artist thing regardless of the original why. If she doesn't, then good for her, she's finally leaving something at "just because."

My friend was talking to me about something similar a while back. She was saying that you can tell if a kid has any potential as an author. Their plots might be bad and their technical knowledge might be lacking, but they have something underneath that. A diamond in the rough, if you will. Tesch doesn't have it. Even if you fixed up her grammar and Bible-Narnia-mythology hash plot, there's nothing appealing about the way she writes. It's not "inexperienced thirteen-year-old" bad, it's just bad bad.

Poor girl that was the only thing I tough she could do. I mean she is not ugly and given her lack of talent....

I don't know, judging from that vid of her in a fight she could always become a foxy boxer!
