Nah, in fashion photography/modeling editorial means photos for magazines and other publications. Pictures that illustrate text or some concept. Something like that, for example, is an editorial photo: http://www.bloginity.com/wp-content...hion-Editorial-Sandra-Fourqui-Bloginity-1.jpg

Since I bet Gloria's picture wasn't actually published anywhere (and the quality is...not good, but well, shitty editorials exist), that's not an editorial.

She does appear to be 'fleshing out' a bit, but it her arms and legs are still relatively slender, so it could be some sort of female-related bloating, water retention or hormonal or something.

Her left arm scar has been used to determine if a pic is really her or stolen from someone else if the face isn't visible.
 
It's suspicious that all of her Instagram pictures get around the same likes but very few comments.

As far as I know, no one on this thread knows and I don't think she's ever revealed it. You can check all 224 pages yourself, though. I might have missed it. I tried looking at old pics to see if she had it as a kid but results were inconclusive as she usually covers it up.
