I thought they would've edited that out and only had it in the YouTube release. It seems releasing ep 9 in theaters was a last minute thing based on all the posts about crunch Gooseworx was making, but still, insanely disrespectful to the audience who paid to see it early.

Well, it seems like the next few episodes will just be like the pilot. All the worlds are going to be based on games/genres that are popular with either children or Tumblrites.

Considering how it's labed "Seq 6" I wonder if these are all just dudes who are part of a hub world of sorts, with it naturally being a spot you'd normally find villains in, in some kind of "no win condition" world.
And they'll probably find some way for it to be incredibly gay. It looks like she's taking the dolphin there though so maybe that episode's gonna actually focus on how the hell we even got here.
Guess the Sephiroth-looking dude in Kit's flashback was Alucard under a different skin.

Jp Vegeta sounds a lot closer to other actors who've played the character like Brian Drummond than Chris Sabat so I can only imagine he was picked because both have played Vegeta.

It would've been like if they got Xander Mobus to voice the shark and crab, but that would've been better

I'd say he does.
It's the typical Japanese dumb character voice but it makes him sound more endearing and well-meaning than Arin's condescending idiot caricature falsetto
 
I think GLITCH should be called out more on how creepy they are with kids.

As per the leaks, they have zero issue showing two cartoon characters, Zooble and Gangle, having sex in a show they know has a huge children audience

I know the cope that it's an "adult show" and kids shouldn't be watching in the first place. But that's a weak defense coming from the company that virtue signaled hard because someone said "Nega".

Yes, the show is technically for adults, but GLITCH blatantly markets their show to sell toys to kids. They know they are a majority of viewers. And they make very little effort on stopping kids from watching it.

They want to have their cake an eat it. They deny it's a show for kids to avoid responsibility, but they also want kids to watch it to increase profits, and buy their merch.

Honestly the bare minimum would be an actual age rating on the show as it's running. TV networks have been doing that for years with recurring series so that when parents are watching with their kids, they know that even if something looks bright and cheerful, seeing the plain black notice that it's actually rated MA is enough to get a watchful parent to turn the channel if it's something inappropriate like Adult Swim, etc.
As much as I want creative freedom even if it comes with the burden of having disgusting shit like having ribbons and a troon playset go at it behind closed doors exist, because TV networks were shit with censors, there should be actual, in-your-face warnings and it should be a responsibility to put those warnings in. On most streaming services you have it, but naturally those fuckers chose Youtube because it helps them with their "dude we're totally a small indie team" vibe while accomplishing their goals of marketing to kids with all that merch.
It feels a lot like the Youtube Kids Spiderman Elsa shit of old.

Best case would be someone like LibsOfTikTok finding out about the show, posting about how fucked up it is for a kids show, and have Elon Musk reposting it.

Now that would be a huge amount of shits and giggles I would get from it.

Idk anything about the Japanese VA industry but are all these guys on the same level as like, a Tom Cruise or Gosling over in the states? From what I’ve gathered anime is more popular than live-action content in Japan.
