As far as linehan goes, seeing him dragged in front of the magistrates would be the greatest work of comedy he will ever create.
 
Officially, the harassment complaint is based on him doxing her on Twitter, revealing her address and previous name (which wasn't public), but if this ends up in court it could set up a precedent that deadnaming is harassment, which definitely won't be abused by tumblr randoms deciding they're women now and anyone who calls that into question is literally a criminal, not at all.

He's threatening to sue her as well, which should provide excellent entertainment all round if it happens.
 
It's absolute bullshit he got a visit from the police over this and is yet another reminder of how pathetic my country is right now.

That said, this is the exact sort of thing he's been calling for and as usual, the fact it's come back to bite him in the arse is fucking hilarious.

Does he have a case at all? I assume he would sue for defamation, but he’s been seen to by the Police and I assume there’s evidence of him hurting troon feelings for them to act, if not evidence of him doxxing. Regardless of what you think of the law I don’t see how he’s not guilty of what’s been said about him.
