He really can't. The next step that the Police can take, and completely off their own bat is to arrest him and force him to attend an interview.
Arrest him for what? Believing that women exist? The scandal would be enormous. He's already fucked up his life in so many ways I doubt he gives a shit at this point. If he wants to peak tranny the UK he'll call their bluff. Or actually get arrested and humiliate them.

He seems to be confident the police won't have any grounds for arrest.

The woke policeman has deleted the tweet and protected his account. Got to say, he looks like a man who really knows his soy. I wouldn't trust him with police powers.

Graham's trending on twitter again, presumably because he had Rosie Duffield (an MP who has similar views to him, who's been in the news recently for being intimidated out of her own party conference) on his Youtube channel.

Marxist song bird Billy Bragg made an impassioned plea for the rights of troons everywhere and annointed our Glinner "King of the Terfs".

"Expressing solidarity with the trans community will only provoke a storm of angry feminists (led by a male comedy writer) to harass you for days" according to the millionaire darling of the left.

Alex Jones was looking through photos of troons from the Her app when he came across our man, Glinner, lol: -

More drama from Glinner's camp. The batshit rabid TERF elements have long hated ArtyMorty for some his more empathic thoughts on the tranny pipeline, causing him to snap and post a tweet accusing them of having a "bloodlust" for AGPs, which he later deleted and apologised for (can't find an archive). Because he blamed it on being drunk that's extra triggering apparently 'cos domestic violence or something. Anyway it's got to Graham enough to get tearful about at the end:

This was posted in the TERF's thread. Here's an archive

That's not true, all they can do is suggest that his later statements are sus.
The prosecution can argue that the Defendants evidence can be rejected simply because he didn't answer questions under caution at his initial interview under caution.

In practice the right to silence is completely worthless if the prosecution is allowed to argue that a negative inferance can be drawn from a defendant exercising that right.

If a suspect exercises his right to remain silent then UK Police will often refuse to perform another interview (particularly if a suspect has got his own solicitor) , because being able to enter that initial refusal into evidence is so effective.

It's only a good source of information if it's palatable to MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
What a weaselly faggot. If the people who defend this dumb nigger want to fuck off the tranny threads and go somewhere else I don't think anyone would mind. Given he has nothing to do but argue with troons all day you think he could find the info by himself and leave us alone.
When some progtard has one unorthdox opinion in his entire life, gets cancelled for it, then starts thinking he's King Dissident who can tell everyone else what to do:
Glinner should be easier to like, considering he's up against some of the worst people I've had the displeasure of sharing a civilization with. But at the end of the day he is and will always be a fat faggot whose mind was broken by gamergate.

Pretty sure they're not allowed to infer anything negative from silence before a suspect's had a chance to retain counsel. Your right to silence still exists it's just... really really weak.
