I've been torn on this question for a while. I've delved into some cases like the Australian loli court case or numerous drawn CP cases in America.

Generally drawn CP isn't even considered CP in some countries, yet in others (usually the more developed/richer ones) it's considered CP, but only in specific cases its also CSAM (like when a artist draws a real life child, shadman comes to mind)

Users in furry drama general don't view it as CSAM, and made a solid argument. What does Q&A think?

My personal opinion is that drawn CP is CSAM if the artist draws a real life child (at the time of drawing) in explicit situations without the child's nor the guardians consent, otherwise it's drawn CP.
Edit: a child cannot consent and a guardian should not be doing such a thing. It's CSAM however you look at it. Legally it depends on the country unfortunately.

Even with consent its fucked up and should be treated as CSAM. I can't imagine what guardian would consent to such a thing.

It is CSAM no matter how you look at it. No sick fuck ever stops at "loli" content, and if you aren't a fed or a pedophile yourself - never ask this idiotic question again, nor use terminology invented by pedophiles to make CP not sound so scary, aka "loli; shota" etc.
Image features a naked or half naked human that has facial features of a child, acts like a child and is built like a child? It's child porn, why the fuck would you defend that? I guess Null gathered a userbase that is really similar to himself from back in the blockland days if you know what I mean.
Fiction affects reality, and maybe kiwis would finally get it by the time I'm old, gray and leave a pile of sand everywhere I go.

It's a massive grey area. You can always make the argument that it's not CP, there are no real kids involved etc. but there was a Japanese loli cartoonist who got arrested and it was discovered that he traced over real CP images for his "artwork."

loli as a term was used in official australian court of law. I merely communicated that I saw a loli case in the wiki article court case. Yet you are implying I am siding with pedos by using their terminology.

I wouldn't call it CSAM, and even the definition of calling anime drawing child pornography is heavily dependent on what basically comes down to a number of literal physique measurements. There's some weird MMO catgirl race that is clearly loli adjacent but when you actually look at their proportions from a critical artistic perspective they are basically morbidly obese dwarves with 0 bearing on reality. These should be distinguished from the hyper realistic shit or shit made after real life children because a pedophile whacking it to a 5 foot tall D cup foxgirl with child bearing hips is frankly an improvement over something they could actually predate on. One gets the wood chipper the other gets to work the siberian lighthouse or something.

I think there are lines, even if they are well past the big red one, where you should distinguish between "comedic fantasy proportions 1000 year old goddess", (Terrain. Pull up) and whatever the fuck MAPS mean when they say they should have access to fake CP, in a country like america, where they literally already have access to it.

I'm not sure if anybody remembers this, but there was a german Visual Novel where the player is a pedophile who abuses children. Had a "funny" scene where you claim to be jewish and yell about the holocaust to avoid getting lynched for raping kids.
Anyhow, if I remember correctly, the shit in that game was traced over pictures of actual CP / CSAM. In that case, I think legally, yes, it is CP / CSAM.

While some disgusting lolishit from japan isn't CSAM if it isn't traced, IIRC.
However the answer is moot. Either way, its gross.

From what I saw on 8chan's /v/ board when clips were posted it had the Kirby music playing that everyone associates with jews. That was funny enough that my 21 year old self decided to take a look at the game, but as soon as I saw what was in it that was an instant delete and that shit has haunted me since. It's what turned me againts loli shit, since it's so obviously drawn CP.
