Assuming she falls under the same pattern as Childe, she could be up in a patch or two. (That's a very weak argument because we only have one Harbinger for now) I'd love to see something like on-demand element swapping, though, Childe was able to use Electro in his boss fight but it didn't show up in his playstyle at all. Maybe it'll be an actual mechanic later on, but if it happens, I hope they handle it way better than the current Traveler situation.
I think there will be and it will probably be a Harbinger, but it won't be until after Dendro is released. They would either function just like Childe to give them a decent amount of variation and keeping it simple, or they could be based off of taps and holds(tap skill for wind, hold electro) for skills and bursts so they can more freely utilize reactions without being overly complex compared to other characters. I think a tap and hold character would be more interesting because you could have different functions per the element, one more focused on single targets and one more focused on an area with skills and bursts reflecting that. Balancing the character seems like it would be a really tough thing to do since there's so much potential with it.
whenever I saw it mentioned baal was usally to come first, besides banner order is probably the last thing to complain about. apparently act3 ends the inazuma story in 2.1, which would mean another whole year of filler content.

Considering what they revealed on stream about how she plays, I’d’ve assumed any Constellations for Aloy would just be basic shit like a second charge for her bomb, or some minor improvements for her passive skill (I forget its name, it builds when she does damage with her bombs...)

I admittedly don’t pay too much attention to the leaks - the games decent enough that I won’t go out of my way to spoil things for myself - but considering Aloy is the first Guest Character from another franchise, yeah her not having a Constellation would make sense. We’ll have to see when she goes live - the one time playing on Playstation is a perk, I get her early...

As much as I would love to see that, that does remind me - have we heard anything about Genshin’s Switch Port? At this point I kinda assumed that Nintendo’s shitty Online Server (read - the potato) was what was keeping it off the platform
Games like Fortnite and such have their own servers, so i don't think Nintendo's will be an issue. I think the problem is how weak the switch is, and how it will struggle to handle the unoptimized mess that is genshin
I long gave up hope on the Switch port and I'm now looking towards the Steam Deck. I also want it for emulation, apparently people project that it'll be able to run up to GC/PS2/Wii flawlessly and maybe even some PS3.

it's pretty well optimized (for a unity game at least), switch is just that weak where it counts, I think unity wants a beefy cpu above all else.
put down zhong pillar, albedo flower, get 2x geo pulse and petal procs at once. sadly it doesn't proc on shields. but it's aoe, although I don't think it can proc itself.
