I did that not long ago. Unlike other rhythm minigames, they also don't let you adjust the note speed and calibrate, which is just baffling. Touch controls are complete ass. Most notes don't even register.

The Tetris clone is also absolutely abysmal, and don't get me started on whatever the fuck the mah jong is.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one getting latency and poor input registration from this mess.

I still cannot get over the fact that changing the key binding to make button mashing easier also changes fucking every other key binding in the fucking game. Imagine my confusion when I did a dash afterwards, and my character did their ult instead.

Funny thing too, the tutorial was also not written with controller support in mind, so it tells you to press D, F, J, and K.

Meanwhile, I'm sitting here with my motherfucking dualshock, plugged in, like "????????"

They fucked up two very simple games, that's amazing. They could have just copied Windows mahjong solitaire and called it a day, and that'd be it. Instead....this.

It's astounding how undercooked this game is. MAYBE they should have focused on getting everything in order instead of their billion gooner outfits. Or do some planning because there's way too much side stuff to do honestly, and since it's really unpolished, it just makes it not fun at all.

This game is Shenmue on fucking bathsalts. It's baby GTA on speed.

The ui is ass, which is a consistent issue in this game but the mini game itself is just straight up broken. There's horrible latency...that is when your inputs are actually registered. Oh and the best part? If you change the key binding for the drums, you change the key bending for eveything!

Also just personal for me but it's actually kinda difficult? It shows you a brief tutorial, not an intro stage, mind you, just a screen telling you that you need to get ready because notes will come and fuck you. And then you're just thrown into the fray of what feels like a hard difficulty stage

The quest for which you unlock the minigame is also kinda annoying. It's the "GO BACK AND FORTH AND BACK AND FORTH TO PROGRESS BECAUSE YOU CAN ONLY FAST FORWARD WHEN WE ALLOW IT, PEASANT. NOW GO BACK TO YOUR DORM, NOT YOUR APARTMENT, AND SLEEP"

Anyway fuck the quest and fuck this minigame. I got a C rank but idgaf, I progressed by button mashing because fuck you

The better question is how they haven't learned their lesson yet.

Unless they want to be like Chinese Bethesda by making "charming jank" their image but without mods to balance that shit out
 
I tried to play ToF when they released their gacha-less server. It was very jank. For a game that's almost as old as Genshin, it was horrible.

Also, something I didn't screenshot, but was really fucking funny. Finished the final boss on Surprise difficulty, model despawned, waiting for the victory screen and poor Kiparina just randomly tosses a shield right before the transition. Don't know why I started laughing at that
 
I got lauma but i don't want nefer (too restrictive and i don't like doing jump cancels) so she wasn't enough for this stygian but in the end the one who saved the day was Durin anyway.

Unrelated but i speedran the event and forgot how Chevruse has no chill whatsoever. She would 100% commit a george floyd if given a chance.

btw there's been a teaser with barbieloth seeing divination and 7 characters are shown, including diona who was datamined to have an interaction with Stellar super conduct. This means these units will probably have some of their kit reworked to synergize with stellar conduct or even potentially buffs.

QIQI BUFF? I do not trust hoyo witht his lol. Her kit is so bad that she would need a significant rework and if Albedo's burst wasn't changed to scale with defense then she has no chance.
