I liked the archon quest a lot, but I'm the type of person that likes cute fluff others would dismiss as waifubait lol.
The word "Twink" should be deleted from the internet. Anyway it sucks but if you like a Genshin character you're probably better off not interacting with the fanbase too much, gacha fanbases are infamously toxic. I like Capitano but his annoying glazers soured my view on him sadly.

Finally maxed my permit level in Mecharashi, thought the grind was slowing down a bit and hitting it opened 3 brand new skill trees, super weapon farming and other fun things. And Wuwa is still crashing on me every 10 minutes or so. (Though I think that is more of a PC problem than wuwa.)

Funny enough, Fischl is one of the few characters who HAS to be underage due to how the timelines work. She got a vision as at 14 and is only an adventurer for a few years so she has to be a minor.
Like you said, not that this ever stopped people from shipping her with Mona or whoever.
Bro that was the tutorial, now the REAL grind starts. Hope you saved those energy capsules for the skill tree mats and are willing to see some guides. Stil fun tho.
One thing i really like is that the super weapon farming (armed conquest) not only lets you invite one guild member per day (Do this early as possible and abuse it) but also clearing it with max stars lets you sweep them. Forever.
Like, you can simply beat this endgame permanently and it becomes a weekly weapon / backpack material dispenser. That's bizarrely generous to me, and it's broken stuff that you'll need. I finished the second on extreme mode and next week i'll get all mats for free and make Seven's shield that gives pochy an area heal.

I've kinda given up on HSR, kept putting off the story quests due to a lack of EN voices and now I'm faced with 50+ hours of anime philosophy 101 I just don't have the will to keep going. That and the game feels fucking stingy as shit when it comes to handing out jades. I'm sure the numbers are similar to Genshin, but it just feels like I get more primos in Genshin per patch.
Anyway, slowly working through the archon quest, having a good time as always. Just started the actual moon prayer night stuff and it's nice having actual game play in my visual novel.

I think Elation as a concept only works as a background filler lore thing. So far it's been presented as "The elation god does random shit cause it's funny and it's followers do random shit cause it's funny." Giving it a real plan or goals fuck with that and having it do random bullshit in the main story will feel contrived.
The 3.8 patch will explain how Robin died in penacony, an irrelevant question at this point but the answer should be foreshadowing to the next planet.
I fear we are going to get a lot of """"deaths"""" in planarcadia that will amount to "it was a prank lol".

Some leakers said 5* sampo is coming as he is connected to sparkle and elation but nothing concrete yet.
Anyway, i played more Durin, tested him on abyss with arlechino bur and clorine overload (the first side is so annoying that i dont want to do this anymore) and bosses, here is my anecdotal review.
OVERALL? I like him despite the issues. He's a unit who gets better the more units you have and as a subdps he's always valuable but he's not hyper meta so if you want that get columbina. Everyone should have at least one unit who can slot him on the team. He might age good or bad depending on how much Varka/nicole/alice need him.
And since i'm here, quick jahoda review
+Actually heals ok. With 2000~ atk and level 9 skill she heals almost 5k on the on fielder around 8 ticks + the lowest person.
+Is a bow user so she can use elegy. There is an event bow coming that is good for her too.
+When 2 lunar units are in, her skill vastly improves to do coordinated attacks of absorbed element and burst does absorbed element damage to enemies you touch, giving her real off field aplication. With c2 her skill absorbs 2 swirlable elements.
+passive gives +100 EM to on fielder above 70% hp. She is the 4* anemo healer that buffs something.
+I dont have but her c6 is very strong giving 5/40 crit to lunar units.
+She is a lunar 4* and good replacement if you don't have ineffa for flins.
-ANOTHER anemo VV bot sustain???
-Her skill requires you to run towards the enemy for seconds until she drops a bomb, extending rotations and being risky. It also has very long CD. You can press again and blow it early with no coordinated attacks.
-Without enemies her skill is just a fart bomb that does nothing. She has no exploration ability at all.
-Without 2 nodkrai she loses everything that makes her kit interesting as her skill does nothing and the burst only heals.
-Before C6 Jahoda has no real optimal team as she is worse than sucrose for a flins who has ineffa. Her c6 isn't even good on other lunars as dendro and geo dont get VV shred.

+Durin is a really easy to use burst dps. You do E+E+Q or E+m1+Q and leave. His animations are all incredibly fast. He has 100%. His white mode range and AoE is basically the same as mavuika which is usually more than enough. It has enough vertical range to kill hydro mimic birds and hit wolflord. I like it more than mav since it's every 1s.
+Like escoffier, his damage is deceptively good. It's not screenshot friendly but the ticks add up over time and dark mode kills things before i realize.

+He's the first real 5* limited pyro enabler subdps (mav is main dps with privileges) and he might have killed the xingling copypasta because he is simply better to use and doesn't need bennet. He is not as fast as her tho but afaik it's good enough for mualani and wrio.
+Being a subdps + shreder + enabler is really nice and Durin shreds pyro, electro, anemo, geo and dendro. That's 5 very different elements. That makes him a good option for burn, mono geo, chasca, raw anemo, overload teams, thus he is very flexible.

-Durin can still work without a second hex but it feels bad. Not really weak but like i'm wasting him. I don't get this when using escoffier outside of freeze. I don't like this bullshit, i don't think he would be broken without this restriction.
-There aren't that many hex partners so far and they're not top tiers. Mona is the only hydro and wants c2 and field time. The biggest winners are definitely fischl for overload/overvape and albedo for mono geo or flex. There is no dendro to make a burn core, cryo to make an easy melt comp or even a healer/shielder.
-People overrated his ER requirements again, he definitely wants +140 as solo pyro. You can't burst first and refund with dark mode on first rotation as the default is light.
-His english voice acting is not good and his combat lines are awful.
-White durin is a pyro enabler that doesn't shred water/cryo which is probably why you wanted a pyro enabler in the first place. By this point you should use mavuika, and if your mavuika is C1 she's absolutely a better enabler (on top of cinder set).
-Dark durin is strong but there is no cryo or hydro dps who wants to stay on field enabling him. No sane person is wants their Wrio to play driver lol, they want Wrio to be the one melting. There is ayato and childe but they can use ben+XL already.
-He is not really being pushed as hard as nodkrai units so he's not really "meta". There is one ice shield boss that durin doesn't counter better than anyone, while Lunar is still pushed to hell and back.

-hydro+fischl+dark durin overvape: In overvape, Fischl is giving the team 180 EM and 45% attack for her + the fielder which is no joke. I put her with neuvilete and this team was one rotating bosses with ease, with neuvi barely doing anything. Even ayato looked strong here. The only problem is that there is a good shreder, so i put on field xilonen with yelan/fischl/durin and shit was one rotatin world bosses with time to spare.
-chevruse+fischl+ W Durin overload: This team feels really good with Clorinde. It might not be that insane on practice but this was the first time my Clorinde AND fischl felt powerful, with both getting that sweet 45% atk. It still has the issue of clorinde being clorinde but the 75% shred goes a long way. Arlechino is even stronger here and i assume varesa would be good.
-Arlechino/fischl/emilie/W Durin: A highly cursed team that I made up cause Durin shreds all 3 elements but somehow this works. It's a burning+quicken+overload comp with no healer that was extremely hard to use in abyss cause i died multiple times but somehow it worked cause it melted shit too fast. I think swaping albedo for fischl would make a safer alternative.
-Ayaka/escofier/xilonen/Durin: At first i was sucrose but it was kinda cope, xilonen shreds helped more. A team that relies on Durin melting on ayaka's burst, not very reliable but kills shit FAST.

-Navia+albedo: Sadly no albedo so durin with navia feels incomplete, but even then i think it would miss one other piece. I wanted to try with emilie but then xilonen doesn't heal.
