They actually put slimes in the defense stages of theater because it was too easy to distract one robot for 5 minutes wow. A bloom team will destroy the tower by blooming the hydro slimes (you could do that before but now it's not even a chance).

Aaaand done. Had to train Dahlia and Linete to fill slots. Got blessed to dodge razor all the way but not lisa (can't believe i got away with tighnari/keqing/dori/lisa had to retry that one a few times)

btw, The Dahlia has leaked in star rail, she will be a break support for firefly and her kit is the laziest i've seen so far. Her kill is literally ruan mei skill + Harmoblazer ult AND a blast but there is a catch...

... Iit's more than that because it lets you deal superbreak damage without breaking the enemy.

Her ult is an attack that puts very strong dot, a def debuff and ALSO a weakness implant for 4 turns

Her passive marks the ally with highest break as her dance partner, so they get buffed further and she does a follow up after them that also does superbreak.

Her traces give 24% of her own break + 50% to the whole team when she's healed or protected (this is easily >100% by modern standards), +1 sp on follow up every 2 turns and speed boost on weak implant (so firefly can reach that thereshold easily) but also... energy if you're a PYRO characters specifically.

This is such an obviously targeted move against at boothill and rappa it's hilarious. The funny thing is that Firefly can't get energy durin her super mode but i assume they'll break her rules and make to she can refill half her ult during her ult, giving her permanent uptime.

I'm like, damn son, Star Rail game design is just kusoge shit now where they make up stuff along the way isn't it? The damage over time dps are fast burst units, the summoners want to kill their own summons and now the break units can ignore the break bar.

Every team comp now is designed around doing the most damage possible in turn zero. Classes mean nothing cause everyone is dps. Characters are artificially restrictive in order for the sake of planned obsolence. The best you can do is pray your main is popular enough to get a token buff or get a new 5* form.

I'm not really shocked. Global has been shafted multiple times at this point and everyone should have known it when all the information on the next patch including when it comes out was in Chinese only.

Just EOS the thing already. The global servers are already halfway there..

I recommend reading the salt in the CZN Reddit. It's pretty funny how they try to run defence against the Asian incels for a story that a week ago they admitted wasn't very interesting.

It is absolutely infuriating the people spamming "should I reroll?" with a ridiculous amount of 5 stars.

Yesterday did a run with a more defence oriented DPS. Was actually pretty fun once I got good cards to deal a ridiculous amount of AOE damage to everything while maintaining a high shield. Felt like The Wall meme.

Makes me think of Etheria Reddit. When I went there, fucking 45% of the posts were people asking about what characters to build (because build materials were severely restricted) or asking about reroll.s

The other 45% was content creators posting their shit videos.

The last 10% were complaining about how shit the game is.

Still better than HBR reddit that is 95% yuri shipping cancer. Hopefully the plot rewrite will remove the worst of the fandom in the west (if it doesn't destroy the devs economically).

Btw the devs of CZN gave 30 pulls plus gems for another 10 for the cucking, and I lucked out in getting two 5 stars in a single pull.... that are the worst 5 stars in the game, though more due to not having support in the meta.

I'm not invested enough in this absolutely cancerous community and no one in the comments agreed on that the VA did that made him a pedo (and also racist and several other isms), so I take it it’s just idiot Zoomers making shit up because they don't like the guy for whatever reason. Or is there something to that claim?

If memory serves he stopped because of SAG-AFTRA or stuff related to that. The person making that post is possibly confusing the VA with Elliot Gindi, the former VA for Tighnari who was replaced because of shit with minors.

I think i remember this one, someone accused Chiplock of grooming them while they were a 14 year old trans boy over DMs or something but Chiplock proved they lied about their age to browse adult forums and their conversations were not THAT bad and Sean was trying to understand their gender dysphoria.

This wasn't a tighnari situation. But then again, twitter is twitter and haters will try to cancel you with the "isn't this the guy who did the thing?" forever. It is a bit ironic that this twitter user is probably the most well known genshin leaker.

Note that Sean Chiplock promotes furry inflation art publically on twitter so he probably is a creepy gay furry noneless.

The only other thing I remember about this guy is that way, way back (think Genshin 1.0 timeframe) he was retweeting Kaeya and Diluc ship art, which made a lot of people angry. His defense was that he didn't know they were brothers, which I believe; I actually think he's just a faggot, not necessarily a pedo.
 
So new Star Rail update.

They are going really hard with Cyrene. Didn't play the story update yet but they really want to tell you that this is HER patch and she's the fucking Queen Elizabeth of the game. The crown jewel. The Hope Diamond.

She gets a special animation, and you get railroaded toward her banner as soon as the game loads. I wish they would stop that. But hey, they just hand out a free ten pull too.

Furthermore the menu screen even fucking changes. The Astral Express got pink crystals now. The galaxy is pink and blue.

The hour of Cyrene is upon us and you better fucking like it.

Her banner lasts 40 days. My god.

Also two new events. I played a little bit of one of them. It's essentially the Fate collab event without the collab. And instead of gear, you buy characters and dupes to upgrade them. You got in field and outfield characters. So 8 characters in total depending on the synergy you want.

It's alright but I wish Star Rail would stop handholding you with its tutorials. You get readables which should be enough really but the game really wants to baby you through what is a piss easy event to understand. Furthermore you cannot do anything that the game doesn't want you to do no matter how miniscule.

At some point I wanted to lock a Jade dupe for an upgrade in the shop after the battle but the game wouldn't let me, telling me to "please follow instructions".

Fuck off.

You can farm through more cycles for mats. 24 instead of 6. Which is alright but why can't they introduce a a sweep function? Most people put autobattle on anyway so why make us sit though all 24 battles?

Here's the funny thing though. You get a special token for relics (the sphere and rope) where you actually can sweep.

So why not for the other gear farm?

There's also a Relic creation event with special tokens but it's only one set so you can't create a set for multiple characters. And the stats and relic type are randomized.

On the flipside, all relics are maxed at so you don't have to level them up.

Created some shit for my freebie Topaz. I need to check if we even get to keep the relic pieces when the event ends.
