Sunk about 8 hours to CZN, it's pretty fun. I think the feature I like the most is being able to "save" your deck and gear from the roguelike mode to be able to use in regular battles. The second time I went through it the deck I got my characters had way more synergy so fights feel twice as fast.

The deck you get is individual to the character, so you don't get screwed if one had a really good runs, while the others not as much. And you can mix and match them, since some characters can go as multiple roles.

Surprisingly the second 5 star I got doesn't mesh well with the first one, despite being a shield unit, so seemingly the balancing is good for now. I decided to wait with the event banner since the 4 star in the same banner is pretty good on her own and with the same element, while the 5 star is very clunky.

The new stygian is pretty cancer, i got level 4 with some struggle and since Aino is my only lunar unit i do not want to fucking deal with zombie man, even on level 4 he would actually oneshot me as i couldn't basically triple kill fast enough (???).

The horse is so annoying because it hits hard af for no reason (kept two shoting ayaka in my previous attempt) and flies out of range so traveler slowass cant keep up. The team i used was shit but sounded sane in my head.

Had to use mav brute force on sigurd and kept missing every donut melt (i'm not sure why it kept being pyro). Mav is supposed to be braindead why is it hard to play her when it matters? Does Aino even do anything against the boss as solo nodkrai? This is all so dumb, i still dont know how it works. Or how this boss works. It just looks like it has 3+ health bars.

The Fatui on level 4 is a freebie really, it pretty much got hard stunlocked by overload which made it harder to kill as arle kept missing but fine. Level 5 gives it resistance and a shield (what a bold original idea).

All these times were pathetic for level 4 but whatevs, i have no desire to deal with this shit. I didnt like her weird ass skill-hold m1-release-dash playstyle and i won't get her just for one boss (not like i have lauma anyway).

Thanks again emily for curing my mental illness, now i can sleep happy knowing i'm not insane to get a character i don't want to play a mode i don't like for a reward i don't need.

Turns out if you have specifically Zhongli, Jean and Sigewinne you can get your first Dire Boss Kill no artifacts, cons or 5* weapons required

No she does not. If you have 2 Nod-Krai the Nod-Krai characters will be able to simultaneously damage the red and gray bars
 
I saw a c0r1 Arle Dire clear against Operatives so I tried it with my c1r1 Arle and I actually got it first try. This boss is such a fucking joke if you have Arle since she gives you BoL for free and Arle's damage skyrockets with full BoL.

I tried it again replacing Citlali with Yun Jin so I could free her for a different fight and man I took Citlali's shield for granted. Arle instantly died. Tried again with Layla this time and I got 1/3 of a Dire clear.

i will never regret pulling her c2, even if i don't use her that much anymore. my go-to abyss team used to be an afk team with zhongli/nahida/yae miko because her c2 range can hit anything on the entire floor. sadly it can't really compete with the inflated hp numbers these days (:_(

Eula. Partly because she’s the only physical DPS and there’s some lulz to be had with that, mostly because I actually like her but she NEEDS C2 to function. Unfortunately this only puts her at C1 for me. I might actually need to Whale next time she rotates back in.
