I'd say unlikely considering she's is the only true lunar bloom dps (lauma dmg was nerfed hard) and will be pushed metawise as long as you have her best team that isn't even finished yet. Standard is where bad units go to die (tighnari was an ok addition at the time tho).

Mecharashi, fun as it is, already strikes me as a budget title, so it wouldn't shock me if they cut back on the VAs and the localization. Which is weird because it already made a decent amount of money for how niche it is.

I'll backtrack a bit , only did chapter 5-2 so far but it doesn't seem as bad as i expected going from online comments, it might probably get worse in later levels, for now it seems to be the same writer. The event dialogue is crappy but idk if it's the protag of the event being kinda dumb or not, i'll screenshot anything bad i see.

It's absolutely a budget title, but a glance at CN server shows their production values increases, animations, hangar skins and seems some pilots skins give you actual 3D models and hang out in the hangar (the waifus are more than pictures whoa).

It's niche but i think it can be sucessful because it's an unexplored niche. There are mecha gacha out there but i don't think any as hard strategy as this. This is not a normie/casual game at all so it will live and die but autists who love the gameplay, and thankfully the gameplay is GREAT. We need the evangelion crossover to bring the weebs in.

I just hope the game is sucessful and doesn't announce EoS out of nowhere. If they make survey and we can tell them to bring voice acting back

We thought the Natlan crew and the Nightsoul mechanic was Xenophobic, apparently MHY took that as a challenge...

Natlan was racist but the units were mostly fairly flexible, with mualani and kinich geting the short end for not using bennet well. Now you have units like flins who are not only reaction locked but doesn't fully function without a second nodkrai.

Note how Hoyo seems to be going the star rail route now where everyone has ONE SINGLE TEAM and their BiS support releases right before them. Escofier with skirk, Inefa with Flins, Lauma with nefer...

This is like every post aglaea rememberance unit having anti-sunday sinergy. They want nodkrai character to not be flexible anymore so you're forced to roll their premium team, meaning they have to make up new fucked up rules for them.

It's the same reason WuWa and ZZZ have characters with unique stacks/gimmicks that only another one can support. But it sounds dumber on genshin since the entire game was built on the potential of reaction combos...

I hate you so much. XD I did, however, managed to do enough of the intelligence missions to get a gold from their goodie bag. I just focused down two of the 4 choices to level them. Should be able to choose another part in the next day or so.

As for the story I tend to read until I eyeroll so I miss way too much of the camp.

The gameplay is super solid for me. I almost prefer to play through the dailies instead of sweeping them if I have the time. My only big complaint is the UI. I pick someone, move them into position, select the attack and for some reason the game registers I pressed the square under the button instead of the button itself so it resets the character. Very much touch screen controls bugging out for PC

Speaking of MHY, I dragged my ass to do more of the 2.2. story quest. I guess I'm about to do the third act now.

OH WOW, DIDN'T SEE THAT TWIST COMING. I fucking called it. I don't know why they are acting as if this is such a fucking shock when Lorenz has been acting like a fucking asshole every time he's on screen.

And then Isolde fucking kills the guy and goes balls to the walls for "the people she lost", just like almost every other villain being some tragic twerp with grief and a revenge complex.

It would have been interesting if the one taking the bribe actually was Isolde (also predictable becuase I was like "It's either her given how weird she acts all of a sudden or Lorenz") but she felt horrible for what she did and tried to redeem herself, or did go full villain with a deeper meaning like The Boss (Snake Eater).

Actually, this whole "You thought it was me, your friend, but actually it's a PTSD survivor who went on a murderous rampage because grief" is exactly what went down during Trigger's story quest.

And Vivian's and Astra's, minus the whole military flavor. And SS Anby. At least with Anby, the clones felt more ambiguous, and it felt more authentic given the context.

One curious thing, though. Seed feels more like a side character. It's primarily Magus and Isolde, and Ophie. Seed is just there. Which is nice because I don't like Seed.

It's not looking hot for flins without ineffa dude. She gives him the nodkrai 2 slot enabling, raw 1.14x multiplier, strong shield, team wide EM and more lunar charge dmg to counter bosses.

Without her Flins has to use Aino (2 nodkrais is not a choice), then he needs a sustain on kuki, anemos vv sustains or xilonen (wasted cinder set), all doing no damage. His wacky ass skill into burst twice makes xinqiu/yelan bad to use and not match his rotations either.

Everyone is coping that columbina will be the god tier nodkrai support... just like everyone was coping mavuika would be for natlan (yes she is a "support" but more in the sense she "supports" by killing stuff by herself).

I only got a glasya left arm from dispatch so far and gave it sylvie, which was stupid since her left arm is the shield... I'm prioritizing glasya and doppel cause i need light mechs.

Game is so strategic and with minmax potential that i love/hate how much time it takes per day if you want to do stuff yourself and try to get better scores.

If they had to focus on anything first for global is improving PC controls, not huge changes but at least bare minimum shit like cancel on right click.

Some units have actually GOOD c1s (yae, shenhe, baizhu, hutao) while others have good C2 (Yae, klee, shenhe, baizhu, ayaka, etc) or other cons so it can be stepping stone. I only have wanderer, ayato, ayaka, and ganyu from that non standards on that list wow. I think i'll get

-Ayaka: Actually garbage C1, but she was my first limited 5* so i think i'll spoil her...
-Wanderer: Not an amazing C1 but he's been benched since i got him, maybe the atk speed will make him a lil better.
-Tighnari c2: C3 is a thrash constelation, but it helps pave way to his C6 that is actually good.
-Ganyu: A weak con that gives her 2 energy per charge (wow) and 15% cryo shred which is ok but bow ganyu is too slow to do anything these days. I guess it's still better than freaking ayato's c1...

From the selector i think i'll say fuck it and get Diluc c6, it will not make him viable by any means but at least the skill not canceling the combo sounds fun to play around.

- Until Arlecchino and Natlan powercreep came along, Hu Tao has been my ol' reliable, but I'm not sure if her C2 would be an improvement, even with Homa.

- Ayaka hasn't seen use in months and I got Skirk, so I'm not sure whether to pull the trigger on her since I probably won't be using her, and not sure if having her C1 will be that much of an improvement, even with Mistsplitter.

- Had to use Miko more often since the Cactus boss weak to Electro-charged showed up, of the three I mentioned she's the only one that hasn't really been outclassed in my Electro-charged team since I didn't get Ineffa. I'll probably go with her.

From what I've heard, Shenhe's C1 is fairly good to smooth out her gameplay, an extra charge on her skill means double the uptime and also more particle generation, so I'll probably choose that or Hu Tao, although Shenhe gets more usage these days with Skirk and my other cryo units.

Mecharashi update was announced and explained, some content i didnt know, like weapons having their own equipable mods/acessories (very late game) and the fact you can join a "guild" and once in there you can borrow other players units for ONE mission per day, but this includes farming and story which is kinda hugely helpful, as after your score is saved you can sweep that mission.

A ranks wil get their own cheaper superconductor so you dont use a massively rare resource on them and the multi team endgame mode i think. First paid battle pass where you pick 1 out of 2 pilot and mech. etc.

Oh yea, i was playing the arena and had an EXTREMELY CURSED BUG where one enemy disappeared and after that my own unit kept shooting my team, as if she was possessed, then she suddendly exploded and the match softlocked me so ihad to quit.

In genshin news, nefer kit's leaked and she really hates Nilou in particular, with her talent description explicitly saying she overrides her and REMOVES bloomin.

Nefer basically heel kicks enemies, using her skill she enters an enhanced state with much better double atk+em scaling and her charge attack becomes a strong lunar bloom dmg move where she kicks with her clones at the cost of one dew (bloom) and she can do 3 charges per skill. Her burst is a normal aoe.

Much like Lauma, Nefer gets 200 base EM for NO REASON. Lauma is looking like her best support by a huge margin but since she can normal attack she can use xinqiu.

In other very random news, the chinese voice actor for female rover in WuWa was fired and it's theorized it was for accusations of her being part of an, i kid you not, "gacha cyberterrorists group" called XJJ / Raven group that actively doxes, send death threats and do illegal shit towards gacha companies, VAs and fans.

Altho i see people saying they're Mihoyo psyops, they allegeldy targeted mihoyo too and sent them death threats so this might be WuWa fan spreading fake news.
