Right? The first time killing Hecate for her stuff I got the leaning on the greatsword, the second time she was reclining in her chair. I squealed like a schoolgirl when they happened.
 
Well, Fate/Extra Last Record will be released this year. Plus, I'll hope Fate Grand Order Arcade will get a PC/Console release.

Edit: Yolo'd a ten pull for The Anaxas Atheist and got fuck all but got enough crystals to get Ruan Meis Light Cone. Hurray.

Leveling up mats (ascension stat is Cr.Damage) and signature weapon (Crit.Rate 2nd stat - Crit.Damage as additional effect)

Talents and constellations.
E burst doesn't have usual energy, but required special resource "Serpent Cunning", at least 50 of it. 50+ SC will give additional damage.
Gain 45 SC by using E skill (tap - damage mode or hold - movement mode).
Nearby team members triggering any Cryo reaction except Melt will give Phantom Rift every 2.5 sec, up to 3 PR on field. Skirk consuming PR will gain 8 SC, by charged attack or E.burst in special damage mode.
Nearby team members deal Hydro or Cryo damage (not counting Skirk) will gain Styx of Severance for 20 sec, up to three SoS and only one team member can give one SoS stack. SoS stack gives NA and E.burst damage bonus.
If all party are either Hydro and Cryo, at least of each, every chars' E.Skill level increases by one.

Talents - cons
%HP is ascension stat.
E.skill summons a Misty Trace, deal damage upon touching an enemy. If nearby team members touch it, they will get launched upward. Holding E.skill can let you aiming at the location.

E. burst deals damage, gives active character a shield - based on max HP (it should be Dahlia max HP) and a special effect stack.
This stack can be gained through: active character has hit enemies with 4 Basic Attacks (one stack). Up to 5 stacks can be gained.
If Dahlia's shield is broken or expired, a stack can/will be consumed to regen a new shield.

Passives requires active character to be under special effect.
Passive 1: If active character triggers Frozen, two stacks will be gained. Can occur every 8 sec.
Passive 2: active character attack's speed increases based on Dahlia's max HP. Every 1000HP gives 0.4% attack speed, up to 15%.
Passive 3: Rosaria's movement speed bonus but daytime.

C1 gives small boost ER for each stack gained. C2 buffs shield strength. C4 E.burst has longer duration.
Cons 6 give 15% attack speed and full revive like Barbara C6.

Dahlia having no hydro application (if i'm reading right*) makes him dead on arrival. Hydro shield is bad (if you get frozen through its the word) cause the only dangerous hydro enemies are naturally hydro so you will use a vape team. I guess the atk spd buff is supposed to make him a Skirk support but you need freeze to get stacks for both and his lack of application makes it impossible, you have to bring xinqiu/yelan. If you use furina with skirk you want a healer anyway so his shield is wasted. No HP% sword either = another fav slave = his burst will probably cost 80.

tl;dr: Better than Ifa but potentially worse than Mika who has a higher atk spd buff, enables furina and heals well at least.

You really have to pick your poison.

Hes for using Calamity on Eshu on skirk, the Dock series of weapons has a HP sword so you have to go banner fishing.

If all you want is a freeze shielder then Citlali, Diona and Layla already exist. The lack of hp% sword isn't that bad really, he'll probably need fav energy anyway. Gambling on a limited series 4* weapon is insane (took me over a pity to get xiphos and it's rare to rerun), might as well roll a universal 5* sword.

Like, i already knew he would not be Skirk best in slot or anything but if he really is supposed to be "skirk f2p support that releases with her banner" then it aint looking great. We don't know if he can reliably solo sustain, c4 increasing shield duration makes me think he can't at c0.

And now for something funny, Cypher went through multiple buffs and nerfs and the r/acheronmains subreddit kept breaking down wether she is better than jiaoqiu (a lot of acheron fans don't like jiaoqiu), only for them to nerf right after jiaoqiu banner ended, so she's not acheron best support anymore and they snapped.

I think ever since the beta there was this divide since he's very clearly balanced around Acheron, which grew some resentment between both fanbases.

Jiaoqiu fans wanted him to be robin/ruan mei level of flexibility and not acheron's dedicated support. Acheron fans didn't want to roll on some foxguy they don't care just so their acheron can pop off on pure fiction.

You then have people who only pull husbando/waifu refusing to pull the other out of spite. Lets just say if Jiaoqiu was a woman you wouldn't see this "dilemma", as no one had issues when Cipher was good. Like how some sunday fangirls hate aglea but are fine with jingyuan.

Lore wise Jiaoqiu and Acheron dont even know each other which also leads to people saying their synergy is "undeserved" or wasted, especially with how much Jiaoqiu is connected to feixiao. Jiaoqiu being a pink haired foxian like yae miko but MALE somehow triggers the genshin yae/raiden shippers hard (despite, like i said, them not even knowing each other).

That being said there is still a lot of people who rolled and like both, draw them together and stuff. I dont think there would be so many memes if he was completely hated.
