I haven't looked at the numbers but it feels actually leveling the important talents to 10 (which aren't gated by an event/monthly shop, only weekly bosses) is a big boost as well.
They do make much difference in damage scaling for WuWa. Ideally, main dps should get most of talents LV10
For healers, coordinate attackers and some "supports" then usual Forte Circuit, Liberation and maybe Skill. Otherwise, leveling talents and other small extender nodes definitely costly.

Canta is rectifer. It's also hilarious how her sig weapon main stat is Cr.Damage.
Next patch seems like way too good for rolling banner. Canta, Camellya and Shorkeeper. For now, they like to pair with two limited 5* units work well together. At first, I wanted to get Shorekeeper, but then Canta can heal without relying on Liberation and seems to be do decent amount of damage herself. I probably wait til 2.3 beta leaks instead, since I don't have any guarantee. If I lose, then I save guarantee for 2.3.

I want to take back my vitriol for Kafka, given how you easily cheese it and Aventurines gambling mechanic can get fucked with AOEs.

But dog bitch Hoolay and Banana Bastard are beyond annoying. Hoolay is already a mess but gets extra fucky when you wanna flash through it in MoC or UD but have to waste turns because muh terror grip after he's done rawdogging you through four turns in one cycle.

Fuck off. Wings Jones of the Faggot Temple is not supposed to be attacking stupid wolves.

Suppose they can't win them all when it comes to the bosses. Some are gonna be fun, others are going to be annoying as shit.
 
remember hoyo "looking into" doing it for genshin? which was almost two years ago? while still dropping somewhat crucial character plotlines during events? that kind of bullshit.
That reminds me for whatever reason - what ever happened to that Switch port of Genshin? Or is the current cope that they’re waiting for the Switch 2 before releasing it…
 
Relax, they'll totally release it when they add in artifact load outs, replayable events and a Skip button.
Don't forget increasing resin cap!

It's 240 in ZZZ, 300 in HRS after a recent increase.
Hell it's even 240 in WuWa.

Yet it's still 200 in Genshin. They increased for HSR but Genshin got fuck all. So weird.

Sure you can exceed the cap and manually refill but nothing is stoping MHY from cranking that 200 to 300. Hell, I'll take 240 at this point.

Quietly cancelled I suspect, some people with hacked consoles got Genshin running and it sucked. I doubt it'd end up on the Switch 2 either, as people are saying it's as powerful as a PS4 and Genshin on the PS4 is also a shitty experience lol.

As for replaying events, it's probably being slowly worked on, but unlike HSR and ZZZ which had it from Day 1, the Genshin devs will have to retrofit it in and I'm guessing there's a lot of shit to work on. Pure speculation, but if they were to add it, it'd be in 6.0 with the devs saying events added after 6.0 will be compatible, and older events will be slowly added over time.

This too, wouldn't surprise me if they just added the event quests and stripped out all the mini games. It'd 'solve' the reward issue as well.
 
Hoolay is so bad he made me quit MoC and later HSR fully. I did not get yunli nor boothill and missed 50/50 on feixiao at the time and i'm going to roll specific characters just to counter one boss.

BTW has anyone heard or played Tribe Nine? It's from the danganronpa artist (and writers?) and alternates between top town sprite exploration and third person action rpg combat with attack/skill/ultimate/dodge and 3 person team. It released a week ago i think.


The game released with a lot of negative reviews because they nerfed the F2P rewards from the demo. removed the story skip button and managed to OUT GREED genshin.


0.3% gacha rates, dailies giving 15 cristals (it costs 120 for 1 roll lmao) and the guarantee system did not work on release meaning you could get multiple standards in a row (which is hilarious). I download and i'll check to see how it compares to genshin, wuwa or zzz.

Not entirely true. We used to have only 160 resin. We got 200 last year, but it means nothing since the regeneration rate hasn't changed. It's only there so you don't need to log in every 20 hours to not waste a single resin. Very generous, especially since max condensed is still fucking 5 and I still feel like I'm wasting it on artifacts that do fucking nothing.

5 Goddamn weeks now I've been trying to get a fucking pyro goblet for Arlecchino since I noticed she had a shit one with HP/DEF that soaked up the stat ups. If it weren't for the occasional new character I unlock that I immediately boss farm to get them to ascension 5, I'm not sure I'd use any resin anymore.

that's all shit they could've figured out for 4.0, if not 5.0. it's also not that difficult, strip the char/weapon fomo reward and simply give out primos (and then put the weapons in the store so you can still get them but it'll cost ya).

but yeah, caps not getting changed in years when there's still a reason to log in every day anyway for the free primos is another of those "bullshit" things, like never updating the store (besides adding an extra crown per month...)
 
I checked the leak sub and found something interesting. Castorice apparently has a new "universal passive" on a single teamwide resurrect that makes you die next turn unless you get healed. This passive is "universal" in the sense that Castorice does not need to be on your team for this to happen, she only needs to be on your account.

This is so silly i can't find words to describe. Imagine if you rolled for Zhongli and simply having him on your account at level 1 made your two abyss teams (without him) receive a free jade shield on every chamber.

Of course it's only v1 beta so it will probably be fixed but if this intentional and releases like this, it will not only be the craziest pay2win bullshit in star rail but perhaps any (big) serious gacha out there.
