Well, I played Genshin for about a month, and I've been playing WuWa since release. That should say what you need to know.

KURO, YOU DON'T NEED TO KEEP TRYING TO CONVINCE ME
I was thinking recently about giving Wuwa a try. Do kiwis here like it more than Genshin and other gacha slop? Because recently I hear nothing but praise when it comes to this title.
The event aspect of Genshin is absolute hell for a new player and don't even get me started with the characters. Imagine being a newbie now, getting Mavuika and the game basically tells you to fuck off for not being here earlier. I feel that it's easier with Wuwa, because exploration is better and you can skip cutscenes.Well, I played Genshin for about a month, and I've been playing WuWa since release. In many ways it's just like Genshin. Some nice music, lots to explore with occasional puzzles but the story can be very hit or miss. In particular, the story starts off very rough but improves at the first major boss (not that dickhead where you can say "Fuck it, we're fighting" instead of listening to him monologue, the One Winged Angel one). Characters have much better movement and traversal with the ability to grapple anywhere, dash midair and run up cliffs. The artifact equivalent is just as much of a pain as it is with Genshin, just in a slightly different way.I was thinking recently about giving Wuwa a try. You shouldn't, it's a Jewish game. Highly recommend no, don't fall for propaganda.I was thinking recently about giving Wuwa a try. Do kiwis here like it more than Genshin and other gacha slop? Because recently I hear nothing but praise when it comes to this title.
Oi, I resemble these accusations. But at least, it doesn't encouraging weekly domestic violence like "waifu beating" in Genshin. For example, user below may not be Fatherless, but one hundred percent a waifu beater.
Then again, Genshin has been encouraging domestic violence from the start with Tartaglia. Unless, you consider gingers do not have any souls, then.....
Bullying Tartaglia is a national pastime. Same with bullying Sunday and throwing him under a train. Then again, Genshin has been encouraging domestic violence from the start with Tartaglia. Unless, you consider gingers do not have any souls, then.....
"Sunday, it's time for your weekly flattening by train!"Bullying Tartaglia is a national pastime. Same with bullying Sunday and throwing him under a train.
I finished that story and thought, "huh, I'm really glad Flutterpage's parents are fake because I was ready to commit a war crime"Finished Reverse 1999's story. Flutterpage is too precious.
Speaking of R1999, I don't play it but I've been meaning to ask; what is the deal with the apple wearing a tie?
In universe, there is a type of arcanist called an Awakened. Essentially, an inanimate object with enough innate arcanum to gain consciousness. APPLe is oneSpeaking of R1999, I don't play it but I've been meaning to ask; what is the deal with the apple wearing a tie?
Her Euphoria fixes SO much, it's greatI'm suffering from success in Reverse. 16 pulls for this girl.
I finished leveling Babel's Euphoria. Sotheby is next. It was a good decision to prefarm stuff for Willow, since now I can just buy the stuff from events and use on Sotheby. Her Euphoria fixes SO much, it's great
depends what you're looking for. genshin has more content if you just want a f2p BOTW with stuff to explore. also means a character roster so large you won't be able to catch-up, but none of those are mandatory. in that regard it's still more than fine.I was thinking recently about giving Wuwa a try. it's offset by the mainstat not gated behind waveplates, you can grind 24/7 for a crit piece. this way kuro can shower you in echo chests (next to all the other ones that save waveplates). echo-xp/tubes are less of an issue with some planning, like 2-3 crappy substats aren't worth investing asf.My only complaint right now is Echo leveling is awful. You can't use unleveled echos to help level new and better pieces, only XP tubes. Then you can't reveal substats without another leveling material. Add in 10 different substats (Attack, Defense, HP, Basic Attack, Heavy Attack, Skill Damage, Ultimate Damage, Energy Recharge, Crit Rate, Crit Damage) with RNG ranges and getting good pieces is annoying.
kuro needs to bring back some of the PGR guys for wuwaCosmograph really is talented, some of his tracks seem more like an actual single rather than a background music for a boss fight or cutscene.
