At what point would it just be easier to implement a rotating National Banner - just rotate it per month, have all the Limited Characters for a given region available between Rate Ups…

somewhat unrelated but for yelans havers, how much dmg do you do in average with her burst? Mine is with fav bow 32k~ hp and 88/120 ratio and doing 5.6k~ per tick which is only 800-1000 behind my xinqiu so i expected more. Maybe my expectations were too high or i underratted xinqiu as usual.

burst hits for around 11k, around 13k with zhongli shield up


i love this team so much


you have to remember she's not a pure damage support, her burst also gives a ramping pure dmg% bonus to your active character that ends up capping out at 50%. so even if you're not getting numbers like this your main dps will be hitting a good bit harder; and as i've posted about before, she gets even better with xingqiu on the same team so it's not like it's a competition.

I actually watched the whole special program and it's genuinely impressive how BAD they made dehya look. Even if didnt know her weak scalings, her presentation almost looks like they were trolling. Like, only look her talent presentation for a bit

1-"Did you see her punch stuff"

Said right before dehya straight up MISSES her punch because her combo, for some insane reason, pushes enemies on the third hit away from the fourth hit. They show it twice even. Funny enough, later on the player is doing 3 hits and skill, as if they realized the fourth attack is useless.

2-"This ability will be good for creating elemental reactions"

Said EXACTLY as someone tries to play melt ganyu and ganyu cryo overrides dehya's pyro because her aplication is slow and garbage. She cant even enable melt ganyu which was like, the minimum everyone expected from her. I've seen people suggest nahida burn but by that point even thoma and xynian can do that while still giving a shield.

3-"With her fists, Dehya will deal consirable pyro damage"

Said as we see Dehya use her entire burst on a single fatui boxer (they have lower hp for the size) on TOP OF BENNET BURST. They do it twice too. This not only proves that dehya cant use xinqiu but implies she is so weak she cant even kill a low hp fatui without bennet.

bonus - At 31 minutes you see dehya hitting the final 3 punches + 1 kick on a hydro slime and failing to finish it which might not sound fair but looks pathetic as hell. Even more pathetic that Dehya is on a hu tao / XQ / ZL team so she adds absolutely fucking nothing to the team! Her poise is worthless, her skill might steal vapes from hu tao and zhongli shield removes the hp buff from her claymore.

If dehya really releases like this then she is straight up BAD. Her only grace is her C1 and C2 are relatively strong so if you somehow get 3 dehyas from losing 50/50s then she does more damage and has longer skill uptime.

oh well that's enough baddery for today... In some good news, i finished abyss again but this time with keqing/tighnari agravate and the other side i did an seemingly nonsensical comp that only focuses on large AoE spam but it ended being way safer and faster than raidenational.



It might not be the most optimal but with thundering fury and nahida burst, keqing can do EEQEE and proc a lot of boosted agravates in AoE and its like, actually killing shit. This is the first time i clear with keqing in a way that makes her feel STRONG and not a bragging rights pick. I know everyone hates the chicken+scorpion duo but i liked this abyss, it was fun.

One of the funnier copes I’ve seen is someone pointing out how Dehya, Candace, and Cyno are all bad-to-mid, and wondering why the Chinese company would make darker skinned characters just objectively terrible. Without actually saying the reason why, which feels fairly obvious…

I mean, I’m still going to roll for Dehya, but I’m not aiming for Constellations - I just know if I don’t get her on Rate Up, I’m probably never going to get her. Besides, Waifu > Gameplay.

that being said tho, mihoyo might think they can change her later depending on numbers and feedback since she's "constantly available" (in theory). we'll see how it goes. although they might give her her own artifact set to unfuck her like it's their usual "fix" which no one will grind for one char and the other one probably being equally pointless - see the chasm domain.
