The leotard tights style is a "DAMNIT CHINA" innovation. Simple, practical (for a water splashing mage) and her ass just tells you it is her on the field
Keeping her dominant color (the deep blue ? Prussian ?) over the red may fix it more. Like Amber, this skin is a complete waste of time making it.
Jean gets a capelet, which is kinda nice among the new rubbish she has to wear.
Fits the anemo theme of parachutes, gliders and flattering capes in the wind.

IIRC, we get both outfits as optional we can change ours. It's the CN server that's fucked, which is why they're getting 1200 Primos, it's not even a full pull, kek.
As for Mona, Leotards > Generic skirts when it comes to being unique. Also, IIRC (my lore knowledge is low, I'm still at AR25), Mona is literally from a Hydro region (Fontaine? I think it's called) so why won't she wear a swimsuit? Also, I've heard it has a circus vibe too, so why not the leotard? In fact, the lore behind the new outfit makes it even more weird cause from what I read, it says she sold the OG outfit to get this one.
As for Amber, her color palette is kinda fucked now, some of it looks good (the headband, the sleeves, the shorts, the holster ribbon), some of it is just plain bad (the white & red in the middle instead of the OG black, the belt, the gloves). Also, the Booba censorship is also weird, the boob window is reduced, but the tits feel enhanced compared to before.
As I said before, Jean is very mixed for me. I love her new color palette more than OG. The black looks better (I'm biased, I admit it), the blue & gold in the cape's inner side looks better, the cape's colors itself looks better with the dark blue & white design, alongside the new cape design in general with coat-like collars. Tho I agree with you the red should be there.
My issue with Jean's design is that some prudish retards are saying that she "FiNaLlY sHe LoOkS lIkE a GrAnDmAsTeR & NoT a StRiPPeR", but to me, she just looks like a butler at times. In fact, the best of this outfit is now we have those same retards are being prudes saying that "Armpits REEEEE". Hell, that same realism fallacy bullshit is going on with others except Amber "FiNaLlY, sHe LoOkS lIkE a NuN" & "FiNaLlY, sHe LoOkS lIkE aN aCtUaL AsTrOlOgEr".
Ironically enough, Rosaria outfit, the best of all here, is the most lore conflicting, one of her main points its that she doesn't look like a nun. Hell, her description text says, "You'd never know she's a nun, except how she's dressed.". She's the rebellious type, she's the type with the feel of an element of malicious compliance, like some senior told her to cover her legs, so she does so in the most technical way possible. Fishnets. She doesn't like being a nun at all. I just like to think that this is Rosaria's alternate outfit which she's forced to wear at formal Church gatherings.
They do, & seeing how it is, it may be the future of Genshin designs. Hell, it already is. Beta Beidou was thicc AF compared to in-game Beidou.
