Out of curiosity i just found out that twitch subs on brasil actually got much cheaper a few months ago (i think?). A t1 sub is only 7,90 reais which is around 1,40 dollars. 15,80 reais is actually half the price of welkin which i bought again and will keep buying since i feel it's the only thing worth it.

I dont really wanna put money on a single cosmetic item (if only it came with gems) but hey, that's surprisingly very affordable so i wouldnt complain.

I think it’s more that they want us to pay some Random Ass Twitch Streamer to get the KFC Glider. Personally, I don’t give a fuck either way - I think it looks tacky - but you’d think Cosmetics would be something they try to push more in game (outside the Barbara and Jean skins, they really haven’t done anything…)
 
The KFC drama is pretty dumb.

Yeah, the Chinese got a meal with the glider which, in a white room, is absolutely better than having to pay for Twitch subs, but have you seen the lines that formed with that shit?

Imagine waiting hours and hours outside of a KFC just for dinner and a dumb cosmetic. In some locations, apparently the police had to get involved because people were getting unruly and the event had to be called off. I say the global community got the better deal of just paying $10 and throwing away their subs to some nobodies than having to put up with this nonsense. Though, some Chinese gigachad got fed up with waiting and just walked away with the promotional Noelle stand and then sold it online.

Apparently some genshin streamers rejected the offers because Mihoyo's contract forces those partnered streamers to play ONLY GENSHIN everyday for 2 weeks, which is pretty hilarious. Like, even if you wanted to support your favourite streamer, they'll probably not count.

Leakers keep sating the lantern rite patch will have ninguang and keqing skins but no proof yet.

And as you said, the wings do look kinda thrashy... Like, it's legit the second most bland/basic after the the starter wings. I find pretty funny how Genshin is so immensely popular yet nearly all of it's promotional stuff (gogol, paint, kfc, etc) looks lame as hell.

It will always drop Geo gems + whatever element the boss fused. You can keep killing it until you get the pyro version and only get those drops but i sure as hell dont have the patience for that.

If you have stardust to spare, you can buy dust of azoth on paimon shop and convert the other gems into rubies. I dont know if it's worth it but i did some times after farming mech array and magu kenki.

I think the wings match Kazuha and Klee and maybe Ning since they all use white and red but kinda meh on other people. Looks better than the Liyue wings imo
 
Maybe if I could throw a bucket of fried chicken at a Twitch Streamer but really I would have rather just paid for some KFC.
 
i would have much rather preferred the actual outfit designs they came up with, diluc looks fly as fuck and noelle's just cute

yeah, but the problem with them imo is just shifting the issue. like I take stuff from another element and I know that's the shit I'm gonna need next - which I then don't have enough of. after which I'd have to cannibalize it from another element asf.

all that would be fixed by just letting us break down the specific drops into gems, because even with grabbing them from another element will most likely make you come up short one way or another.

about 10 more kills and then I got even the shit for xiao prefarmed, and since I highly doubt we'll get another liyue char that needs those drops that boss can fuck off for good.
 
I really wanted Yun Jin, but Geo was my least expected element. Time to make the fabled Geo resonance team
 
Now we wait to see what the two's skills/burst/animations are and whether the new geo boys are worth it or wait some more.

It's actually the opposite with Yunjin. Her model was leaked long ago with Geo vision but then a bunch of leakers kept saying over and over that her vision changed to anemo so everyone took it for granted... only for her to be Geo anyway.

And xiao/ganyu are confirmed how? If anything, Yunjin being Geo now makes zongli thirdrun sound less impossible.

If Shenhe really turss out to be physical dps then i might change my eula plans, i only really need one and i already have a crescent pike with nobody using.

I made a f2p account less than a week ago to play as characters I don't play as on my main and I was debating on whether I would get yae or shenhxe on that account and since she looks a little too close to ei imo I'll just save for yae.

Multiple unreliable leakers allegedly saying her 5* weapon has phys main stat and one reliable (for now?) leaker saying Shenhe has "rosaria's skill and kazuha's burst" (???) making it seem she cant enchant cryo so has to be physical (like eula). There is also some reddit bias spreading it. People want to assume she's physical because they cant accept the idea of Ganyu being rerun on the same patch as a nother cryo dps. (This is ALSO assuming ganyu is coming next)

Of course, no real proof yet and leakers can be wrong. We'll know when the next beta starts.
 
I've been waiting for Shenhe for so long I'll probably get her even if she overlaps hard with Eula tbh

At least you'll be able to get more next time you wish. R5 thrilling tales is basically barbara's best weapon
 
Upsides of viewing Genshin as more of a character collector, I don’t care about Overlap all that much - worst case, Razor still proves Caveman Unga Bunga Strats can work…
