If true, redesigning Venti by itself would mean a massive amount of work, nevermind the fandom backlash if the changes would be more than new skins.

Considering the backlash just from not getting good gibs for the Anniversary, the backlash of them having to redesign Venti, nevermind any other character that potentially violates China’s rulings, will make that look like nothing. I might need more popcorn if it goes through…

to be fair that has less to do with entitlement or whatever you wanna call it, but altering something retrospectively people spend money on. same way no 5* will ever get nerfed even if needed.

Genshin will BURN if klee gets removed/redesigned there's literally no reason to do such a thing to the character. She's literally just an innocent kid who really likes blowing shit up and there's nothing even remotely sexual about her.

People have said that videos of certain characters ( ie. Klee, Venti, Beidou, etc. ) that violate CCP's new guidelines are already getting removed from BiliBili, Weibo, etc etc . . . when said videos haven't been removed at all.
To be honest though, as much as I love Genshin ... it being a game made in China puts it in an interesting positon in terms of how it may be further censored in the future - especially with the large fanbase that it's gathered.
Unrelated, but i've been grinding at EoSF / Shinawa domain lately : Ayayayayayaka makes it a breeze. It's almost kind of fun? I've been getting a lot of good Shinawa artifacts lately: besides being a good alternative to Gladiator Finale, is it's 4-piece set effect good on any characters in particular?

don't think loli are in any danger, even less when they aren't sexualized. their main focus (if there is any) seems to be to get some of the more questionable aspects a boomer would call degenerate removed.
tbh I don't see that much danger being fantasy and stuff. at worst no more traps and effeminate man (where that leaves that baizhou I couldn't say) and other stuff. genshin was always pretty mild when it came to that imo.
as for the artefact mate is running it on yoimiya, I'd probably run it on my fischl mg. someone would have to run the numbers if it wins out against wanderer's with charged.

Today i tried doing coop domains, not cause i needed but cause i was bored, but then the host asked if we all had diona and told us to fight magu kenki using only Diona. I asked why, no one answered. Then we all did it anyway? Like, 15 minutes tickling magu kenki to death. Then we did domains and left. I guess we were all very bored lol.
They already changed her unique walk animation to be the default one, in hindsight it was probably the chinese laws saying klee was "too sexual" or somethg.
Shimenawa was obviously designed for Yoimiya and is great on her. I dont think it's the best on anyone else but from what i heard it's still a viable alternative on anyone who wants to do normal/charged atks, like Childe, Hu Tao, Ganyu, Yanfei, etc.. Also heard it works on xiao (50% plunge) but you gotta manage the energy loss right.

Yeah if they actively redesign characters/remove lines and content then that will actually make me drop the game. Its just going too far at that point. Someone told me that they've been actively avoiding censorship laws because their games count as "export goods". No idea how true that is but it would kind of make sense given a lot of stuff in the game that somehow made it passed the CCP like Mona's entire design or talking about muh freedoms

Didn’t watch the stream, guessing that Thoma has the obligatory “Highlight Region Specialties on Minimap” passive. They seem to like throwing that on Pyro characters (Klee and Yanfei), so we’ll see if that pattern holds.

Man, now i kinda want to get childe? He might take forever to return and i like his character in general. Too bad i really dont need another main dps right now... It will depend on his 4 stars. If it has barbara then haha no thanks.
Leakers already shown in beta that Thoma's passive is literally "20% chance of getting double fish in inazuma" which is, unforunaly, extremely useless for anyone who is done with fishing. I'm betting either Yae or Ayato are getting that passive.

I do believe Childe is more of a enabler for off-fields than dps. For Xianling he makes everything wet fast enough so her Q vapes on every swing.

I personally think it’s gonna be a long time before we see a Ganyu rerun, entirely because she was released at a far higher power level than the rest of the cast - even with shit Artifacts she still shits out damage. Once the power creep starts to catch up, we’ll probably see her again.
No joke, the best use I’ve had for Childe is switching to his melee to get everything wet, then using Lisa of all people to zap everything. Might try that with the Shogun once I finish levelling her…

Can't say I was expecting another Childe rerun, but seeing as how I already have both him and Hu Tao and I'm pretty much just shy of pity...guess I'll be skipping another banner and maybe go for a Hu Tao constellation instead.
