The Peculiar Challenge is kind of fun (except for the snoozefest where you have to collect the falling flowers) but the rest is eh. Just feels like more chores. I want to use the characters I spent weeks or even months worth of resin on not do more minigames. At least you can do everything relatively quick

you jinxed it, having to repeat that shit just for one specific challenge was already tedious, now you gotta do it 3 more times! while adding lawachurls at the end with a fucking plunge attack bonus and a timer because why not? good luck with that clusterfuck and the camera spazzing out, would be too bad if you get oneshotted by something you can't even see when they're infused - and now there are two!

when the game itself is a bigger challenge than the encounter, someone fucked up.

Yeah I had to replay it about 5-6 times just to do the stepping stone challenge in phase 1. I played in co-op and the lawachurls didnt seem too bad except for during phase 2 or w/e when a shitton of bolts strike down but I lived.

What are even the things that are worth to get from the event? The bow seems worse than the craftable 4 star bow and other than that you can regular grind everything else.

You should clear out the shop entirely, especially if youre f2p. thats free resinless resources. At most I would say you can skip the talent books and mats you dont need/need the least
Also the bow is fine. If you don't have Stringless its a great bow. Good on Venti, and a good support bow for Fischl. Personally I have Stringless, an unleveled Rust, and 3 bow prototypes so I probably won't level it but it might be worth depending on the circumstances.
You can refine it to R5 for free (so the bonus goes from 16% ATK to 32% ATK) and it has a 1.5 level up bonus during the event meaning you save 50% of Ores and Mora compared to other 4* weapons. I kind of need the ore for other shit or I probably would max it out.

I'm switching using Keqing and KLee as main DPS chars. Just returned after a 3.5 month break from the game. Building the Hu Tao I rolled+Bennet. Probably gonna use Fiscl as my main carry until I get the other scrubs ascended as well. Noelle's been great for fucking that one boss over. Wanna get her to max con someday. Ningguang's been fun too.

Probably gonna go get Xinqiu ascended as well.

Is it just me or do Bennett/Sucrose have the easiest time levelling because their respective flowers are fucking everywhere in that one region and I've been gathering them on the side non-stop. I might just pull all the stops and get noelle/bennett/sucrose to my current max available ascension because i have a few hundred of those fuckers.

  • Ningguang gets the Solar Pearl or w/e the BP tome's name is.
  • Hu Tao gets favonius lance I guess? Or one of the craftable spears. She's my priority after fischl/xiangling.
• Start raising Xinqiu up. Don't have a Sac Sword yet. I'll probably give him a favonious sword.
• Get Diona levelled and geared up because support char with shields, healing, and Cryo reactions is some good shit.
• I have all the 4*s and Mona. Idk what else to plan for. I could build Razor but I'm ar 43 and I hear that he's not as OP when you're out of earlygame. Idk about the Traveller, but he's lvl 50 ascension 2 and barely used since Sucrose came.

getting Fischl to current max ascension available is my current project. Then I'll swap her main weapon from stringless to rust.

easy when you grab them while doing ore/artifacts or just slowly do the BP missions over the week (doesn't really matter if you finish it on monday in one go or collect your last stuff on sunday), this way it's not even feel like a grind when you spend like 5 minutes every 2-3 days walking a few meters left/right.
if you're not in a hurry, don't give a shit about artifacts and plan ahead a bit there's hardly any grinding involved (and you'll be capped by resin anyway unless you wanna waste primos).

I'm pretty sure Dragons Bane is her best 4* weapon, maybe even better than the Primordial Jade Spear. I would put that on Hu Tao then stick Favonius on Xiangling so she can function better as a support.

I also realized I done a bad mistake of raising albedo to 80 for his shields when diona could suffice for primo geovishap.

Yes, its Kaeya. Free crit rate from cryo resonance + 4pc Cryo set + C1 so I can just stack crit damage with blackcliff and crit damage circlet. Fun team that I've wanted to properly build since the cryo set came out.

Energy Recharge will make it so you get more energy per particle. You can see the energy cost of your burst on your talents menu. You can get it through weapons, artifacts, and on some characters like Kaeya get it through ascension.
Also, "battery" characters of the same element. Xiangling with favonius/Gouba/burst spam will refill your teammates (especially pyro) well. Ninguang is a great Geo battery and has synergy as a DPS/Burst DPS with every Geo character.

before i took the break, the oceanid counter i had was just slapping it with cryo+electro as needed.

granted i had keqing, qiqi, and fischl built.

Im not a gachafag because this is literally the only gacha game I've ever fucking seen with actual gameplay, BUT I've heard that other competent gachas will usually have reruns run alongside new characters if a while has passed since the games release (like imagine if they introduced a 4th banner dedicated to reruns alongside limitted character/weapon/standard). Mihoyo is just weird and lazy. Also I think they started doing reruns hella early compared to other gachas. Regardless though Venti's banner fucking destroyed, I think it even got close to beating Klee.

venti's worth it but I'm really interested in is getting more cons for the 4*s on the banner
