Word's coming out that Cena was supposed to win the morning of Wrestlepalooza.
The outcome didn't really matter. The issue is that it wasn't a good match. It didn't need to be a 20 minute epic, but something more competitive would have been better. Brock and Cena are most likely going to meet again as part of WarGames anyway.

So was Earthquake
Didn't he have a wrasslin match in Japan that turned into a shoot where some sped tried to expose the business? I recall switched places with the wrestler because 1) John Tenta was a legit sumo who could defend himself, and 2) he was pretty sure the other guy was going to try and go into business for himself.

This AJ chick seems to be stuck in 2010, from entrance to looks. Her promos are shit, and even though she did it before Alexa, I can't help thinking she's trying to emulate her.

MDickie pissed off the IWC for putting a tribute of Charlie Kirk, yet a good majority of them already pirate his games for decades.
People being surprised to find out that he leans right is funny as fuck when you're familiar who he is. The dude wrote books attacking atheists and made a (bizarre) game about the resurrection of Jesus Christ. What, did you think that he just dropped those views over time?

That fat fucker was out for a year and a half and couldn't get his ass into decent shape. Come on, man.
And that was such a clear miss that they should have redone the spot. Can't blame Tony for calling that one like he did.

Watching that fat fuck inspired me to get into shape. I have to give credit where credit is due though, Eddie is great on the mic.

Now you brought that up. Yeah it does track a guy who has a literal game about the Bible would be supportive or sympathetic to Charile Kirk.

Why was Rollins teaming up with her to execute the move?

When they were practicing that why did nobody stop and say "hey, that looks fake and gay as shit?"

Yes. And at the end of the match, the guy got on the mic in front of the whole stadium and said "wrestling is fake."

This was after he had pissed off the sumo organization so much that they threw him out permanently without a hearing. Hogan, Savage, and Bret Hart were waiting for him backstage so they could beat the shit out of him so he had to sneak out of the venue after he was dressed down by his own wife and manager.

There was some justice for that some time later because he was beaten the fuck out by other japanese wrestlers.

Nobuhiko Takeda literally kicked some sense into him because ever since he was knocked the fuck out by him, he got humbled quite a couple of inches.

Can we talk about Sumo here? It's literally pro wrestling. It's good if you have a short attention span and like watching deceptively strong fat guys smack one another.
There's a sumo thread here, but it doesn't seem to get much use:

Sumo is fucking great though. You can watch literally every match at the highest level in only about 45 hours a year (try watching every MLB game); the rules are dead simple so it's easy to follow but still has enough complexity to be interesting; and its quasi sacred status in Japan has prevented it so far from becoming interchangeable international corporate pablum. Right now Aonishiki's rise is very exciting, as is Onosato's dominance as the new yokozuna and Hoshoryu's struggles as the slightly older yokozuna who pretty clearly got promoted prematurely.

watched the start of RAW live for the first time in january, I think the show started off strong with the Cody-Seth segment, the six-man tag with TND and Waller against Penta and the Vikings, and the Vaquer segment, but damn if they dont have pacing issues sometimes on the weekly TV, Bayley vs Rox and then a JD McDonalds vs Rusev match no one asked for, I just turned it off and caught the ending segment on YouTube, as much of a WWE fan as I am I do feel its a valid criticism

>TND
I just noticed that... :shit-eating:
I wasn't watching wrestling back when AJ was around the first time, but she looks like absolute shit in the ring.
Consider that people thought she was good because most of the roster at the time was even more shit.
